HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Diane was very helpful when I called to inquire about the cost of passport photo ($15 tax included_2023) which is the same reasonable price as SCV Libraries are charging as well. She was professional, kind, and extra nice to allow me to retake my photo. Thank you!!

This spot is a gem. I had a mailbox at this location for several years. The staff are very kind, the prices are fair and affordable, and they are professional and efficient at their work. I also get my passport photos from here which is how I found out about the mailbox rentals. Thank you for the years of service and kindness.

I recommend this place! I originally took my photos at UPS and they were awful. Came here and the lighting was way better and employee knew what she was doing PLUS friendly service is always a big deal to me. Will be recommending to friends and family.

I had a hell of a time trying to find a place that takes photos for Canadian immigration. I don't know who to appropriately blame for that - Canada for its weird photograph-size specifications or the US chain stores that seem to live in a bubble thinking that their size fits the whole world. More power to mom and pop stores like these I guess.In any event, I found this place on Google and was a bit nervous at first - one of the reviews was bad and this guy wrote a novel about his experience. But there were hardly any stores that took such photographs. Feeling like I was left with no choice, I decided to give this store a shot.The owner was not there - I believe his wife was attending to the store that day. The store had done this several times before for Canadian immigration - so she knew exactly what I was talking about. Although she personally did not have experience taking such photographs (only the owner did), she did a perfect job.No complaints from me, and no complaints from Canadian immigration. Everything went smoothly. So, I am a little puzzled at that review that bothered me - I am not sure why there were any issues with his photo aside from the year written incorrectly. By the way, in my case, she wrote down everything perfectly in neat handwriting as well, which is hard to come by in the computer age.In summary, I highly recommend this store for those dealing with Canadian immigration and are residing in Los Angeles. And as a final counter to another review that called the storekeepers "rude" and the shop the "worst," I violently disagree. Granted, I did not deal with the owner - I only dealt with the lady I believe to be his wife. She went above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming.Addendum: I have found out the reason why some photos get rejected. From the rumors I have heard, Canadian immigration can be quite finicky and reject photos even taken in Canadian photo-shops if everything isn't just perfect. What that perfection is is unclear. Rumors abound that sometimes the photos are just lost and this is their way of asking for it again (apparently, some have sent the same photos a second time and they got accepted). So, go figure. Under these circumstances, it is unfair to blame the photo studios.

I called for passport photo pic pricing. I gave all the info, what size it needed to be & the lady quoted me a price. I came in & took pictures. When i was checking out she charged me 3 x the price she initially quoted me. Instead of apologizing for her mistake in misquoting the price she started raising her voice saying shes closing now and basically yanked the photos out of hand and started mumbling words. She was VERY rude and awful. I try to support small businesses but her mistreatment and tone of voice was unacceptable. Please be aware!

Jim is awesome and very friendly awesome customer service However his wife on the other hand is the complete opposite. Lately they have been closing randomly with no notice to customers and or no note for the delivery drivers. Which should not be happening quite this often. Can you believe that one of the policy rules is: "If you are rude or disrespectful they will raise the price." Overall before the pandemic everything seemed fine during/after COVID she started being the main receiver and that's when it all started going downhill.
