My tax prepper could have been more knowledgeable and there was a bit of a language barrier I was told various times I was receiving a tax refund in fact I owe he needed to get 2 other tax prepper to help him out cause he couldn't figure out some questions when I was finished and paid I left and get a call that they forgot to scan and photo copy my ID to process my taxes so they asked me to come back.

Nahid was the worst "tax pro" I have ever encountered. Not only was she extremely condescending when I asked her questions about my return, I had to be overly attentive to the screen because she kept inputting my information incorrectly. Not to mention the gestures and remarks she made that showed that she CLEARLY didn't want to be there. "Is that all you have?" "Is this your first time filing taxes or something?" "Are you done with your paperwork yet?" On top of all of this, she charged me 400 dollars for my return. 400?!?! I'm a 23 year old that barely makes enough to pay my rent and school out of my own pocket and 400 dollars is what she charges me??? Clearly my income didn't display that the charge was reasonable. Worst tax experience I've ever had. Never again. Stay away from this location.

This is my first experience using H&R Block and I'm now a lifelong customer as long as Grace Lee is my tax person! I've been putting off my taxes because it's usually such a miserable time, but Grace made it such an enjoyable experience I was laughing the whole time and learned a lot about my financial decisions. Will definitely be recommending her to my friends and colleagues.

This review is overdue but if you ever need your taxes done right schedule an appointment with Grace Lee, she is the best tax expert I have received help from. She really goes out of her way to ensure the best return. Definitely pay her a visit.
