If I could leave zero stars I would. We had a horrible experience with Hertz Reseda. I paid for a vehicle in full well in advance of collecting. Our international flight was delayed and I was unable to get there on the day of the rental commencing. Went first thing the following day but they decided to give the vehicle to another customer. I asked why they did not bother to email or call noting the car was paid in full - the response "it is not our job to follow up with no-shows". I explained the delay issue and that I cant make contact with Hertz when mid flight. Long story short - we had to cancel and now still battling to get a refund on a service we did not use. The total value was circa $2,000.

Reserved a car online that wasn't available at all. Had expenses with a taxi ride for nothing.

We booked a car and drove 30 minutes to pick it up, but they did not have a car ready for us. Instead, they tried to upsell us a more expensive car. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Hertz. Never again.

Beware of scam! we had booked a car and paid for the rental online, this rental company did not accept our visa premier card for the deposit. and no refund!! I read that this is not the first time; dishonest practice? what does hertz do??

Showed up for them to tell me they don’t have any more vehicles, but when I called no one answered to inform me of that. I took a Lyft here and will be taking one back home, so Waste of time and waste of money, would not recommend.

Rude people work here. And the fees are a scam. Demanded an illegal $13.50 per day fee for a 30 day company rental or they would make our employee put the rental on her card. That is banned by CA law. Also tried to get another customer to pay for their father to be an additional driver, also banned.Edit: I messaged Hertz and they confirmed that coworkers can be added free of charge. Hope that employee gets retrained.

Nobody sent us a warning or an email or any kind of contact that the store would be closed at 12.00. We wasted 2.30 hours on the streets because we were coming from Beverly hills. This unacceptable and unprofessional.

Didnt have the vehicle I reserved and didnt offer anything in its place. Shifty business. A quick review check and I would have known that this is the way they do business.

Gave me car with little to no oil. Had to take car to mechanic shop and had to wait two hours for it to get ready. When I brought back the vehicle they did not do anything for the inconvenience or apologize for the whole situation. Guy had some serious attitude when I was trying to explain what happened.
