Fernando, the broker explained to me the minimum they offer of deductible for comp n collision it’s $1500.00 never heard this before. I just needed it full coverage for the vehicle I’m making pmts with 500 deductible and my other paid off vehicle

Fred Loya commits fraud. They allow themselves to charge you upto $1000 without your consent. So whenever they feel like it they will abuse autopay so they can steal money from you.Lawyers need to look into their practices, I am sure it is full of illegal practices.Go with a reputable insurance company and not these scam artist.

They have little to jo customer service my rate keeps going up even during the pandemic when I am driving my car way less as I am working from home.
