This is a horrible place with horrible hairdresser who couldn't finish my two-year-old toddler's haircut and left him with bloody scratches on his neck. Moreover she insulted us as customers saying we don't like what she did just because we don't want to pay, she yelled at us and said it was our child's fault because he was moving. She was totally unprofessional hairdresser with awful manners, and I have no idea how my child is going to go to his first day at child care with ruined hair and scratches from haircut machine on his neck.

This is not Fantastic Sam’s.IT’S BETTER!Got my men’s hair cut here today. Mary cut it beautifully, and quickly, which is something I appreciate. I asked the price before starting, same price as FS’s which is a fair price. Plenty of these trendy men’s shops charging almost twice this these days for a fade and trim. At the end she said shampoo was included! Felt like a free shampoo to me. Men, get your hair cut here. And tip them well.

I have been going to this salon for years,service is good, but the last few times I have noticed the filthy air filters on the ceiling, mentioned to my hairdresser but nothing have changed. Hope the new ownership takes care of this for health reason for patrons and employees

Do not get a hair cut here if you have long hair! I have attended this Solon for years to get color treatment! I usually get my hair cut by my aunt. The coloring was done well. I had long curly hair down to my back, I asked her to cut "2inches" she said wow two inches not a big hair cut.... Ok cool she asked me if I want long layers and pointed to my shoulders I said ok. Believing she would cut two inches and give me long layers... I could not tell how much she was cutting from the back, and when she cut my front I thought it would be short in the front and long on the back... when I touch my hair it's all up to my shoulders without any long layers. All my length gone! Now I will have to straitened it because it will be even shorter when it is curly The stylist did not listen to my request of cutting two 2 inches and did what she wanted. Do not get your hair cut here if you have long hair!!!! They do what they want not what you ask.
