Awkward phone call. He's all like we don't do this kind of work you need a body shop. But I needed mechanical work... ummmm that made no sense. But at least he was honest and said they don't work on BuicksDidn't know where to refer me either. I dunno bout this spot

Extremely rude on the phone when I asked if they provided a certain service then proceeded to yell no and aggressively hang up mid question. I chose to call because the good reviews but if that interaction is any clue of how they really treat customers I would avoid like the plague. I’m be very embarrassed if I treated one of my potential customer that way.

Ed is the most honest auto mechanic I've ever known. I haven't had a car issue he couldn't resolve--he's super knowledgeable. And he's a really kind man. I'm usually in and out of his place because the service is quick and efficient. You'll DEFINITELY get your money's worth at Ed's (his prices are more than reasonable). Pay him a visit and tell him I said "hello."

We all know how hard it is to find an honest mechanic - especially one that is also reasonably priced! - but Ed is definitely one. Took very good care of my father and his vehicle repair needs that I also ended up going there. We now have been going there for years for everything ranging from oil changes, to brakes, to transmission issues, so on and so forth. I can sincerely say it is a pleasure doing business with high character individuals, so thank you to you Ed.

One of the friendliest interactions I've ever had in regards to automotive work. He took my car in right away for a brake replacement. While installing, he explained many of the decisions he made as he did the work. Really nice and knowledgeable. The price was great as well. I will be coming back. Thanks!

This place is the best place to take your car. Rafael and his staff are professional and are beyond HONEST! I took my car to Mazda for a recall, they fixed those items. Mazda also told me I needed new brakes both front & back. Rafael physically showed me I still had 75% of my front brakes and would need to replace my back brakes in the future ....but still had some time. I opted to replace my back brakes and it didn't cost me an outrageous amount of money. Bay7 Auto is the best!
