My experience with Lyle and the guys here were awesome. I had a rotor and brake issue and they took me in and completely turned my day around by fixing my car with a very genuine and caring attitude. Will definitely be going back for my next repair!

Lyle is the most honest, communicative, and fair mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. He makes sure you're taken care of! Even sometimes at his own expense. If I didn't ask the community who they recommended, I would have yellow paged a mechanic and most likely been overcharged and disappointed. Thanks for making sure the customer is taken care of and left with a smile! Keep on keepin on!

I came in on the fly after being shuffled around by some commercial car repair shops down the road. They overpriced me and made it seem like I had a blown head gasket. Lyle was a straight shooter and told me what really needed to be done. He looked under the hood and quickly figured out the problem. He even helped me understand everything. They made time for me when I was in a pinch and got me back on the road. Salt of the earth shop. Don't sleep on this gem!

I initially went to the transmission spot next door because my Audi was shaking while idling and after they told me they could not fix it, they referred me to Creative Automotive and I’m so glad they did! Lyle was super responsive and picked up all my calls and got back to me very quickly throughout the fix, which is a big deal to me since many spots I’ve been to couldn’t even afford me that. He took my car in and found the problem and I was back on the road in the next 48 hours. He even fixed a coolant temp issue I didn’t even know I had. Thank you Lyle for your great responsiveness and professionalism. I will be referring my friends here and coming back when I need to replace my brakes. Fast, reliable service at an appropriate price.

After calling a few mechanics trying to find one that would work on my 81 Imperial, I found Creative Automotive. They did a great job getting it mechanically sound again, after it sitting for years not being driven much. It needed a lot of work, but they can fix just about any issue. They are friendly and competent, I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used car with some hidden cooling system problems. The guys at Creative Automotive really did there best to get me back on the road for the fewest dollars possible. They could have suggested extremely expensive repairs but they really approached my issues from a sensible frame of reference. I have always known them to be straightforward and honest. I have referred a friend here, and he also had a positive experience.

Took my truck to the dealership a while back and they were the extremely rude. Couldn’t even get the service advisor to make eye contact with me. Their honesty was 4/10 stars and they just acted like me taking my truck there was the biggest inconvenience known to man..and couldn’t even get a call back telling me that my truck was done. Went ahead and did all my maintenance after that on my own. Now that I own a business, I just don’t have time to do the truck maintenance and work myself. Which was where my search began.Lyle is by far one of the most honest individuals in the industry that I have come across. Having been a part of the automotive industry for years, I can honestly say that I have major issues with trusting my vehicles with strangers at dealerships and shops. Fear of being lied to and taken advantage of as I have been in the past. I brought my truck in and assumed I’d need new brakes. Lyle let me know that he saw there was still tread left on them and that we should wait a bit longer to maximize the life of them. Saving me money. I am so grateful for the honesty. They topped off everything fluid wise, and addressed and fixed my CEL that was on. The price was shockingly affordable as well. I can’t recommend him enough. Today was a good day. Creative was recommended to me my a friend. He said they were honest, communicative, and knew their stuff. I'm so happy I took his advice. For the first time in ages I felt really good leaving my car with a mechanic. I just got home and after some drama with another shop, pulling up stakes mid fix is hard, but I didn't want to throw good money after bad. I'd bite the bullet and switch doctors. Edris took me in today as a walkin at 7;45. The doors were open and they were up and running. I always take a look around a new shop, and this one was clean and organized. Edris explained my issues along with my choices including timelines. He didn't try to scare me, but I believe serving the customer was in my best interest. I'll continue to make Creative Automotive Engineering by 1st call from now on. Let's see how it goes. They act and say what we, as a vulnerable customer, wants to hear. Again, it was a really good day. Thanks.
