This is my main Citibank branch that I opened my account in, have my safe deposit box in and conduct all my business in. I have had a wonderful experience with every employee that I have dealt with in this branch. I am also very satisfied with the Customer Service that I have been receiving throughout the years that I have been banking here.
My only complaint/gripe/issue with this branch is the lack of bank tellers to assist the clients. This has been going on for quite sometime and there should be no excuse(s) as to why you do not have more bank tellers to help the clients out in a timely manner.
To be honest, the wait time to see a bank teller is longer than it has to be. This is unacceptable and unfair to us, your clients.
Please address this ongoing matter by adding more full-time tellers at this branch because of the amount of foot traffic that this branch receives on a daily basis.
Thus, the reason for the 4 star rating.
I truly hope that the Manager of the Reseda branch reads my comment(s) and takes it into consideration.

Horrible customer service the lady was answering me without pulling my account without checking nothing not id nothing and she makes the bank sounds so stupidJust don’t work there if you don’t want to the worse bank visit in my life

Five stars for Sharon and Karen, not so much for Citibank. Called and then visited this branch with a mysteriously “blocked account” issue. Sharon and Karen were patient, professional and helpful. Tysvm!

I had a safe box in this bank and it was during covid that I could not go to the bank and pay my balance for the safe-box. They did not send me any notice that they are charging me every year. I came back after 3 years to close my safe box and they did not wave anything and they made me wait so long because they could not figure out how much I owe the bank. I do not recommend this bank at all. Do you a favor and use another bank.

This bank is great. Almost always empty. No lines! Yea!!Super friendly staff. Especially Sharron. She is always a pleasure to talk to. But, everyone is very nice. I love coming here. Fast in and out.

Worst place to go for any kind of service. Went in for a transaction that should of cleared my account when having the funds available and having overdraft protection. Non of it worked and they rejected my transaction. This was a system error on their part and all I wanted is a letter. One simple letter stating it was Citibank's fault that my transaction didn't clear because of their system error. When I and another customer arrived to be helped by a personal banker. Fatima Sahill said she was going to lunch and whatever letter I needed will need to be done by their customer service 800 number. To call them and they can do an investigation and provide a letter. She told the other customer to wait until the other personal banker to come back from lunch. Not having anyone else for lunch rotations is really poor customer service. So I called the 800 number where she referred me too and they told me they can't help me and to go back to the branch. Everyone just passing the bucked and I got no where. Then I called Fatima Sahill at the branch and she said owell if they can't help you we can't neither with the letter that you want. Then she hung up on me. This is just horrible horrible customer service. Im not asking for money or copies of bank statements. All I want is a letter so that the DMV don't charge late fees and penalties for an error that Citibank did. I get they have guidelines and protocols they have to follow but at least go over beyond for your customers, own it, to at least get someone to help with their issues.
