“The nicest location! Everyone who works here is very kind and helpful. I had to rent a car due to being rear ended (hit and run). After getting my car to the repair shop enterprise picked me up from the body shop down the street and brought me in to get my rental. I got a Mitsubishi Outlander and man, what a nice car! My was ready early and it was very easy to come back in and drop off the rental. They took me back to the repair shop which was so nice of them! I would use this location again in a heartbeat! “Since there is no review in German yet, I decided to share my experience with Hertz Reseda. I reserved a small car (Chevrolet Spark) for my two-week road trip because it was much cheaper than at LAX. Other city stations in L.A. were also significantly more expensive. The big price difference and the sometimes negative Google reviews made me skeptical at first, and it was also the first time that I rented a car alone. In order to save further, I entered a CDP code from the ADAC when booking via the Hertz website, which would waive the young driver fee (U25). So I took the "public transport" from Hollywood to Reseda and was relatively nervous that something wouldn't work out. However: smoothly! Very friendly manager who sorted out the paperwork with me. My CDP code was accepted without any complaints, of course after providing proof. I wasn't sold any additional insurance and the best thing was that I got a Malibu (Passat size) instead of my Spark at no extra charge. I can only recommend this place! To previous European speakers regarding debit cards: When booking the car it is clearly stated that no debit cards are accepted and that the card must be issued to the renter! So definitely not a scam...”
