They took my bill money that I paid without telling me it will not post untill 1-3days my utility is getting shut off due to them..I asked them why dont you tell your customer 1-3 days before processing the payment? Karin the mgr just replied it's on the receipt? Oh ya and there is signs? I am a retail Mgr for a big company You need to notify the customer of deposit times.. we will see if my bill post? As soon as it post I will change my review untill then I am very upset not one employee said this takes 1-3days to post. IF MY Bill don't post in 3days I am notifying the trade commission and weights and measures who regulate businesses like this. Very poor customer service. And the sad thing is I have purchased at least 15 phones the last 5 years going back to there last location..

I've called them many times and never once has anybody answered the phone it is highly frustrating
