I’ve used this particular AutoZone location exclusively for general replacement parts and information since moving to LA six years ago. Every visit, without exception, has been with employees who are genuinely kind and very helpful! I’ve pretty much always found AutoZones to be amazingly well stocked and helpful as auto parts stores, whatever city I happened to be in! This store is earns its five star rating fair & square. Thanks!?

It’s a great store with great customer service. I had went in to get my car battery replaced; it turned out I had a warranty. The customer service rep”Yosana,” taught me how to change the battery myself, though it was not her intention to. She was respectful and made the process smooth. This a great store with good customer service. Thank you.

The staff here is exceptionally rude and lacks truly basic car knowledge. The prices on parts are higher than you can find online, so I would avoid this store unless you need something immediately and have all the know how to do your repair, as their advice is likely to lead you to a much bigger repair.

I'm surprised this AutoZone has this many stars considering must be bots with false information! Because this place is super ridiculous! THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME!! So I called to ask about my order and they said hold up so I waited 30 mins and another employee picks up ask him same thing he's like ok hold up and boom another 30 mins pass by and nothing so I hang up call back same thing happened I'm so upset.
WHY EVEN BOTHER PICKING UP THE PHONE THEN JUST DONT ANSWER IT

They were moderately busy when I came in on a Friday afternoon (3-8-24). This 5-star review is because of Ricky (sp?). He went beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the right size LED bulb alternative for my 2001 Ford Focus hatchback rear license plate light. He took a little bit of extra time because there were similar bulbs. If he didn't make the extra effort, I would've gotten the wrong one. I am very satisfied with the service I got from Ricky. If you're the Owner / Manager reading this, clone this guy as your entire work crew. And you'll have the best AutoZone in LA County! ?
UPDATE (6-13-24): Been here 2x in the past month. I've been replacing the parking & brake lights on my 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 with LEDs. Both times Dominique helped me and went out of his way to make sure I got the right ones. It's refreshing and a pleasant change when employees at a store acts like they "want" to be there and sincerely helps thier customers! This store again never fails, I'm lucky it's just a few blocks from my house! ?

They lie to customers. I called for my friend looking for a battery for her car this location said there is a cheaper 1 for 178.00 or one for 220.00 I asked for the cheaper option and the guy said we don't have it but I see that this store near by has 2 available when she went they lied and said they didn't have smh crooks
