“I have yet to have a car repaired here but I have 3 experiences:
1) Came with a car no mechanics could diagnose the issue of. Their writer spotted the issue right away. I followed his advice and problem solved for a few hundred not many thousands as others suspected.
2) and 3) was turned away because they didn’t feel confident the quality of work would be certain given the unique nature of the damage and the cars materials in each case. I respect a business that would rather turn away customers than mess up their cars. Too rare in this market and this world!”

“The guy came out when I pulled up in my truck. He took one look at the bench seat and immediately knew it was from an E30. That was my first good impression, to me all bench seats look alike.
I asked him: I had purchased racing seats for the front and wanted the rear bench seat to match. Usually anyone else would give me the run around: “oh it won’t be stock anymore!” But no, immediately he knew what I wanted and pulled out some tailor’s chalk and drew up what he was thinking which was perfectly what I was thinking.
Then he said something I could barely believe: “it’ll be done tomorrow.”
I couldn’t believe it when the next day I got the text: “your seats are ready!”
And they were perfect. PERFECT. identical colors, identical material, identical design - it was like the rear seat was made by the company that made the racing seats.

“My clutch (actually the TOB) went out on my '04 Murcielago. As soon as the warranty expired, I learned to stay as far away from the dealership as possible. My regular mechanic was backed up, as were a few others referred by friends. So, I found European Auto Service through Google. I wanted to make sure I go to a place that works on exotics frequently. When I drove by, I saw dozens of Lambos, Ferraris, Astons, and a few McLarens (but I won't hold that against him!). This was a huge job; the engine and transmission had to come out, be taken apart, and put back together perfectly. Definitely a job that separates the men from the boys. He and his staff did exactly that, in record time, with quality, class and surgical precision.
He also found a series of serious issues that could have left me in a dire situation, a steering rack that was being held by strings, nearly blown out shocks, a few leaks and incorrect fluids in the gearbox. He showed me everything, took videos and got them all sorted out. I had purchased the fluids, plugs and coils -- he was nice enough to just change it all for me and didn't charge extra for it The staff are extremely well-trained and professional. His shop is busy, but runs like clockwork. It's very well-equipped, organized, and clean, with the latest equipment. They have everything your car might need, from an upholstery section with a huge selection of rare German and Italian leathers to a body shop with its own paint mixing/matching, powder coat room, and even a CNC machine.
When I got the car back, I was expecting some small thing forgotten like air pressure, or AC not charged or one thing or another. He combed through the whole car and it was perfect. The car runs perfectly, all the leaks fixed, the clutch and TOB replaced, steering rack and shocks rebuilt in 2 weeks. The car feels brand new. Even, the annoying sticky differential has finally stopped clicking after having dealt with it for almost 20 years thinking it's just how the car is. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable -- especially for the quality and all the extra he did.
I got talking to him a bit and found he, like me, has a passion for cars and a true car lover -- not a miserable mechanic trying to make a buck -- which explains the quality of his shop and work. Very happy I found John for all my toys!”
“Mauricio is the best! I had a huge repair/replace of the water pump and timing chain on my 2014 Ford Edge SEL, and to do this the engine needed to be pulled apart. He completed the job when he said it would be completed. Mauricio is wonderful to work with and I can't say enough of how fortunate I feel that I was referred to him. He's really wonderful. “Had a great experience with this shop! My luxury vehicle was vandalized, and they put everything back to original condition in a timely manner with OEM parts that were hard to get.
They are available 24 hours and were able to take my vehicle in even though it was in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend.
Super friendly, honest service. They even gave me a free loaner car, and I did not have to pay anything out of pocket.
