I went to buy a gas tank and the person who gave it to me was very rude just because I asked for a less damaged one, yelled at me that yes, if I didn't like it, they would give me my money back, very rude, like I was trash, he is trash for treating the customer badly. very

I stopped by this Arco gas station to try out their touchless car wash. I got some oversprayed from someone sprinkler or when they were watering so I wanted to get that cleaned up before it left water spots. This gas station is pretty small and the car wash itself is pretty small too. I didn't trust paying at the machine so I went inside the Arco to pay. I got the basic wash because my car already ceramic coated and I just wanted a simple wash. I usually go to another touchless car wash on Sherman Way and Sepulveda because you buy 3 washes and get 3 free so the deal is better. I also think their system is a little faster even though this location seem to be using the same technology. The difference with this location is that the blower moves on its own for you and do a backward/forward pass. It doesn't completely dry your car but I like that concept instead of you driving through the dryer yourself. Keep in mind that if you have thick mud, bug guts, bird dropping and etc then it won't completely remove that because you'll need a hand wash for that. The pump station also look very outdated so I don't ever see myself getting has here.

I love the am PM. Even their app that doesn't work very well because they have to scan it like 20 times before it registers. But all in all they're consistent and I enjoy that reliability. However unfortunately, I'm leaving this review so that maybe somebody will listen and understand that reliability extends to all the services they claim to offer. Is just one guy inside. As usual late at night. I needed propane and the title of this Arco AMPM has propane as 1 of the main items. So I went there expecting propane. But they were out of exchanges and I couldn't understand what the guy was saying but I guess they can't fill me up until 8:00 a.m. or something like that period I have no idea but all I know is he wouldn't fill my tanks. Lol Update, they have difficulty feeling propane because not everybody is trained to do the fill. One guy yesterday said before 6:00 p.m. and I showed up the next day before 6:00 and I guess the person had gone home. However, one of the other employees attempted to help me and I was grateful for him at least trying and getting it done in the end.

5 stars for the morning car wash, gas, and staff. I always make sure I come here early in the morning because the afternoon gees busy and there are long wait times. I mostly come here for the car wash because it's fast and efficient. The prices are $7, $9, or $11 depending on which one you get. I usually get the middle one which includes a wax glaze.They always have great deal on drinks and baked good as well and a good place to buy lottery tickets. I like that you can do everything all at once.

Stopped by for a car wash and what a waste of $7 - the machine didn't even use any soap all it did was spray water and then rinse it off and dry. Horrible, what a scam!

Let's just say, I wouldn't recommend it, if you are in a hurry like I was, you'll get horrible maybe worse service at that location on Saticoy in Reseda. Try not to go there! If you ask them for help, they will ignore you and possibly call you stupid!

My debit card was charged for a car wash. When I pulled up to the wash, it had cones in front of it. They then told me it wasn't working. Asked for my $$$ back and they said they couldn't do it because I used debit. If these stupid mother******s told me that before they charged me, I would have went somewhere else. This place is a dishonest piece of s***, and I'm NEVER going there again!!!!!!! So f*****n pissed right now

The Indian clerk that works there is the rudest SOB on the planet. Please please please! Fire him!! He has no right to talk to customers with his disgusting attitude. Telling people oh you should remember your gas pump otherwise I won't be responsible for your loss. Are you kidding?? Nobody should talk to a customer like that. One days he's gonna piss off the wrong customer. Then he won't have anymore to say. Not sorry for that but I'm sick and tired of unprofessional service. For this clerk to know SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH!! OR FIND A NEW JOB!!

BEWARE !!! Over the last 3 weeks debit cards have been scammed at this station. Charges are being made at southern Ca. gas stations. It also seems to be an issue at the ARCO on Pearl and Branham.

Cheap gas, they only accept gas or ATM (35 cent fee).
