Great service and response time. Company truck was broken down. We called them and they got our truck towed back to our facility quickly and safely. Definitely keeping their business card on hand.

I recently was locked out of of my car Carlos came and gave me a hand this was the second time I needed some type of service and both times the drivers have been kind and helpful I would recommend!

They were there to tow my car within 15 minutes. Great price compared to the rest, and Mario the driver was incredible. Very friendly and helpful. I hopefully won't need a tow anytime soon but if I do I will 100% call these guys again.

I had a tow booked with them through AAA. I called them to confirm and the guy who answers (possibly the actual driver?) is super rude and basically told me that I needed to wait and when he shows up he will show up. He literallly started whining at me and talking down to me when I was being polite. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this company. They are rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company.

Simply not enough adjectives to describe how SATISFIED I was with my towing experience today for my Honda Accord. Carlos delivered exactly what he said he would on my initial "911" call... the transaction was seamless. Then the tow driver Mario was an absolute professional delight during pick up and drop off. Enough said...these guys/company well deserving of a "10" rating!

I tried to use this company and they are very rude and unprofessional. There is someone there who is extremely disrespectful and needs to be fired asap. They yelled at me like they had a bad day or something because I was asking valid questions, in a polite and calm. They even said “I don’t care about your story.” And I wasn’t telling them a story. It’s extremely rare for me to write a review, that’s how disappointing it was. Never have I ever seen such unprofessionalism and lack of composure in my life. Please, get it together. Respectfully.

My car broke down in the middle of an intersection, no towing companys were responding to me. Thanks to Arana Towing they got to me quickly and got me out of that situation fast!! Best towing company around.

Worst towing experience I ever had! Unprofessional and unethical tow truck driver! Wasted 2 hours of my time and the crazy driver decided that he did not want to help me without any reason and just left, leaving me and my car stranded! I had to wait two hours for the driver for him to come to the site.The truck driver was very rude and unprofessional from the start without any reason. He was really upset when I asked his name since he thought I would complain about him. He knew how awful he was treating me that he was sure I would have complained about him. All of the sudden he left because he said he did not want to get in trouble. I took a photo of his truck and he got super angry and escaped. I called the number on his truck to talk to his supervisor and the same truck driver answered my call and said that he was the supervisor and he would make try to ask AAA to flag me. Unbelievably awful experience. Wasted 2 hours of my time and decided not to help me without any reason!

Fantastic service! I have a very expensive sportscar that broke down and wouldn't start in a underground garage. The Arana towing crew managed to get to me within about 30 minutes, and the driver couldn't have been more courteous or professional! It took a great deal of time and care to get my car safely out of the garage, and he took it to ensure there was no damage. Great company, would definitely use them for any future towing needs!
