My family and I have recently moved to a new house and came to this store because my mom and the lady of the store know each other and have done business before she is a complete sweetheart and has great costumer service half of our stuff we purchased through her then added some more after but she wasn't there and the man who works there helped us.This man is just horrible the most unprofessional, rude person I've ever had business with the way he spoke to my mother the way he handled our whole situation unbelievable. We had a simple question of when the rest of our stuff going to arrive and he said he already told us Saturday or Friday well if you haven't noticed it's Monday and we still do not have our furniture so I told him that and that next time he please be more specific on which Friday or Saturday then he just said you can just cancel the order than I was so confused he was rude and unprofessional and brought up the fact that he was at home and shouldn't have to deal with this right now ,deal with what a simple question? We need the rest of our furniture so my mom just apologized and said it's okay well wait I would've handled this differently and I will never understand how this man works for that amazing lady seriously if you can go to the woman for business. The furniture itself is fine although they did break a table upon arrival and was told that a replacement would also be here at the end of the week with the rest of the order obviously not here yet and it's the start of a new week. so fingers crossed everything comes not broken so we never have to deal with him again

The owner of this business is so friendly and they gave us all facilities to get any kind of furniture. I recommend them because they have good price but the most important thing is they are so kind.

The usual idiosyncrasies related to a sale, in my experience, were not present here. The assistance and everything else associate with this transaction, was very professional. Items deliver were those promise, and all as agreed. I was assisted by Eva, who took her time to explain the differences on the mattresses as well as in the selection of the bed-frame. I do recommend Amparo's Furniture as a place to buy your next bedroom set or anything else associated with furniture.

Horrible place. They do not deliver by the day they agree to and when they do it's bad quality NOT WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Stay away from this place!!!
