I needed to send condolence flowers on the same day. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous but there were no issues with delivery and confirmation. I will definitely use Dottie's Flowers & Plants in the future as being reliable is the most important thing to me.

I had the delivery date confused to send flowers to my daughter. I called early afternoon on the date I had wanted them sent and the flower shop responded immediately and delivered a beautiful floral arrangement to my daughter. I would give more than 5 stars. Many thanks for all they did.

They delivered flowers to my niece at the hospital and the flowers were fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. They were delivered timely and they were very helpful during the ordering process.

Excellent service, quality plant ...orchid... ? however, overpriced..sorry, but $100 for one orchid? The shop people were lovely, informative and thorough...appreciated that. I would use them again- selectively.

☆☆☆☆☆ Customer Service and Flower Arrangement
A flower delivery was ordered and delivered to the recipient's address back in August 2023?24. However, upon checking with who we sent it to, they said it was not on the porch where it was supposed to have been left by the driver. Ring was present but did not record any event nor ringing the door. Owners were actually home the whole day.
Nonetheless, flower shop was so kind enough to redeliver a new arrangement to make it right. We never found out what happened to the first delivery. We did not further consult whether the driver on the first attempt even bothered to ring the doorbell.
Anyhow, the flowers were beautifully arranged as ordered. Extra efforts for this transaction renderred for executing customer service: 5 stars.
Thanks to local businesses like Dottie's. One can truly rely how they value orders from clients.

The workers at Dottties flowers were amazing! I wasn’t sure which type of flower bouquet to get and Juan told me not to worry and he came up with 2 amazing bouquets!

Dottie's is a lovely and friendly flower shop in Reseda! We were welcomed in the moment we walked in and the staff let us know right away to ask if we had any questions. They were able to help us build 2 bouquets for our coworkers at a reasonable price! 10/10 would recommend this shop!!
