Always a pleasure visiting advanced jewelry and loan. As soon as I walk through the door I am greeted with a very happy hello. they always meet my needs whether it being a loan or just a quick present. Needless to say, I walk out with a pocket full of money or a wrapped presents ? and a fresh flower ? to make my day.

Unfortunately, the one-star reviews are true and I fell for the amount I was given when selling some things. Considering the condition the items were in, it was understandable, but, I was still sold short due to the pieces being meltable scrap which is what I knew I'd be selling them for. Also tried to tell me diamonds are worthless when they're small. :/

Scam, Beware. They charged me a $300 deposit to just hold a diamond piece for me. I had someone look at the piece the next day and it was definitely not worth the price they were asking for. When I asked for at least a partial refund on my deposit, she (the owner) made a scene as if I am asking for something illegal, really harsh and rude! She has zero sense of customer care and a real con. You will be better off doing business somewhere else.

They can't distinguish real gold. They had told me the chain I took wasn't real . Since then I've taken it to 3 different stores , wasted a lot of time just to find out it is REAL GOLD . {MGM, The best Gold according to jewelers} . Misleading & unprofessional.

It's not everywhere that you can walk inn and feel like you know these people for a lifetime. At Advance Jewelry the people here are a true definition of the Golden rule . They are very friendly and welcoming they take their time with the customer with any questions that the customer may have. Victor was the one that helped me he did a very good job he is what I imagine a good salesperson would be he delivered service on a silver platter and help me out and I ended up buying a bracelet for my wife. He was very friendly very kind and he made me a customer for life

I wanted to give a big shout out to the Team at Advance Jewelry and Loan. I went in because I had a problem $$$ brought in a couple of things and told them my situation. I'll be honest I didn't think they were going to be able to help. To my surprise they supper maxed out my loans and I was able to take care of my problem. I also saw some beautiful Jewelry which I will be back to. I asked a price on a beautiful ring and the price was so economic I am sure going to come back for it.
