I live a few blocks from this one and I can say for certain:
1. They don’t open 24 hours. It’s not so convenient when you go there counting on their advertised hours when you need something and I one else is open - and neither are they.
2. I’ve encountered one very polite female cashier working late evening. She’s very helpful and polite.
3. Horrible experience with 2 other cashiers. I used to have some Amazon purchases delivered to their lockers. I got an email with a picture of my items leaning against the lockers at this location. I went to the store not ten minutes later and the items were gone. Not the cashiers’ fault I know, but when I asked about it, they first dismissed me as though I was crazy to think that Amazon ever delivered to them. They just wouldn’t acknowledge that they ever received deliveries, or look at the photo of the items that were delivered directly behind the cashier’s booth. The male employee became visibly angry when I asked questions about it and just walked outside the store. If they’re going to offer a service like that, they should at least have a clue as to how to answer basic questions or to keep oversized items in a safe place. There no warning that, even though the store has some agreement with Amazon to take delivery of you items that they bear no responsibility for things left out of the lockers, even if just as a courtesy to customers. If it doesn’t happen that often it shouldn’t be a big deal; and if it happens all the time then maybe they should get rid of the “service” because they can’t handle items for which they have agreed to take delivery. And if the cashiers lose their tempers because someone asked a couple of questions about something, even if they don’t know the answer , shouldn’t be dismissive and definitely shouldn’t lose their temper when asked about something that happened a very short time ago about six or seven feet away from them.

Rude and scared... 24 hrs is a lie. Coward won't even unlock the doors to get my cigarettes past midnight. Do not come to this 7/11 after dark they act aggressive and mad.

Says its open 24 hours but NEVER open 24 hrs. I have visited on multiple occasions, different times of the night and almost every time it is closed. I'll never go back.

Your websites say 7-11 is open 24 hours, your “doors are always open to serve…” But this store closes at midnight. I see your website says some 7-11 stores close from midnight to 5:00am for cleaning, but most of the other stores in the vicinity don’t close. Is there something particularly dirty about this one? I’ve been to the store during the day and it’s pretty much always a sticky mess. It would probably serve you better to clean throughout the day instead of one intensive cleaning overnight that won’t even last an hour. Your 24 hour availability was one of the main reasons you are a “convenience” store. Without that I don’t see how you justify your huge mark-ups on most items. With your limited hours you are just an inconvenient overpriced, understocked little store.

Slurpee machine do not work half the time. The line to pay is super long. The pay counter is full of merchandise so when a customer brings their items to the cashier there is no space to placed your items.

The store is located in a very convenient place, but the parking lot can get really sketchy, be careful and lock your car.I’ve noticed two things about this location. Everytime I go in during the day, an employee is on the phone and barely acknowledges your existence. Second, the credit card readers never work, time to get new equipment.

Not a big fan of this place due to customer service. I was charged full price for a item when their was a sign the clearly said it was 2 for 1. I have not come here since after that.
