What seemed like a cumbersome errand, Cathi treated us like friends as opposed to customers. She helped us with envelopes and gave a few choices with pricing. Cathi also identified which tracking number belonged to which address on our receipt. We will definitely use the UPS Store for any shipping or printing needs.”

“Our band needed a 24" x 36" poster sign for our upcoming gigs. I designed the sign using Microsoft Publisher and copied it to a flash drive. Joanna was at the front desk and assisted me. I had forgotten the QR code to our Facebook page so she added it. The poster came out sharp with vivid colors. They use Epson inks. If you want personalized local service along with fair prices, this is the place! The price for the poster was less than Staples and Office Depot. Highly recommended for your printing needs.”
“I have been a customer a long time and can't say enough about how great this store is. The owners and staff have gone above and beyond to insure my packages get to their destination. They are my go to for mailing packages, sending faxes and notary. They are conveniently located and provide a great service always with a smile”
“I am a full time artist and have been shipping with this Missouri Flat location for many years. What a great staff they have. First, Tomi, the owner is always friendly and has a super great staff. I would like to point out that Mike, is one of the most noteworthy employees as he is always friendly, knows his stuff about all the shipping details anyone would run into. He is fast, and an expert at what he does. I always look forward to seeing him when I come in to ship, which, last year was over 235 times. Secondly, there are 3 other employees worth mentioning. Philly is a friendly person, helping all customers when they arrive. She also knows how stuff works in the store. Robert is also neat to work with and gets you in and out as quick as possible. The last is Sue...she is their part time sometimes, but I always like talking with her and she also knows the UPS protocol in and out... So, I really recommend this store...they open early during the week and are always there to help. Of course, the later in the day, the Safeway parking lot can get pretty full but that does not keep me away from seeing these great people to ship my wood sculpture. I will say, that from my experience with as many times as I have shipped with this store, I have seen how they work with all kinds of customers at all times in the day and it is impressive. I hope to continue to ship my work with them for many years to come....richard”
“My wife and I have utilized the Diamond Springs Post Office for nearly 20 years and have received excellent serve during all that time. The staff at USPS Diamond Springs has always been friendly and helpful. We are grateful for their fine service.I am dismayed to read the negative reviews here. It seems that some of them have been written as reviews of the USPS in general, not this specific post office. Also, regarding the allegation of Diamond Springs Postmaster being a thief, that is both preposterous and completely uncalled for. Pam is a wonderful person and an fine Postmaster and deserves nothing but kudos for her efforts. Thanks you D.S. USPS for your most excellent service!”

“I'm sorry to see some people are so unhappy with the local post office. Since COVID hit, all stores, organizations, and government and state offices have had employee shortages. The employees at our local El Dorado Hills post office are personable, understanding and will offer "their" advice if you ask for it. I'm not sure why the reviews show such a low rating for this office. And no, I do not know anyone personally who works there. I just haven't had any problem with them or their regulations when I go in.”
