“They are so sweet. I've been coming in litttle by little for boxes and moving stuff. They are always helpful, Roni even remembered me eventhough I'm not a storage customer. Last week when it was super hot she gave me a bottle of cold water and refilled the empty I had in my purse. When I am finally ready to make the move I will for sure come see her if I need a unit.”

“I was looking for a storage for the winter for my campervan and my fishing boat. I spoke with Henry on the phone, who was of tremendous help and who gave me all the info that I needed. I went there and met Hector, who gave me a tour of the facility: everything looks pretty clean, there is a dump station and a wash station. Hector was really friendly and helpful! He quickly and efficiently set up my account and voilà! :)Definitely recommend Covered RV Storage!”
“I’ve had my boat at Viking this past year and I can say it is a great facility. Recently I’ve had issues with my boat cover with all the weather we’ve had. After numerous visits trying to keep my boat protected, I asked about the very popular covered spaces and after some discussion they went out of their way to accommodate a space for the size of my boat. “This is a very nice storage facility. It's clean and well maintained with extra large units and drive up access. For safety it has cameras watching everything and alerts in the office when a door has been opened. No one is going to be sneaking in and snatching your stuff.The office has a wide variety of boxes and things needed for moving.Cynthia is super nice and will chauffeur you around in the golf cart like a VIP.”
“Amazing experience moving from Cool CA to Paso Robles CA. Their price was affordable, they didn’t change pricing on us (I’ve heard horror stories about that happening) - they picked up our stuff, made sure they wrapped all items, stored it for a couple weeks and then delivered and unloaded (and put beds back together) right on schedule. Can’t speak highly enough about this company. 10/10 would recommend”

“if i could give superior self storage of EDH 6/5 stars i would! extremely helpful customer service every time i needed to reach out or speak to a staff member. they have a ton of variety of storage options; including climate controlled which is what i needed! they offered a plethora of cart options any time i needed to move stuff in or out (which is extra helpful when you've got a lot of stuff)! it was also super helpful that they're close to the freeway, so anytime i needed something quick it was in and out in no time! i also felt very secure knowing you need to enter your gate code every time you enter or exit the facility. if i didn't move out, i'd still be a customer! i can't rave about them enough!!**helpful tip to get a u-lock for your storage unit!”

“I have been a customer of Lone Pine for just over 10 years. The facility is great, clean and pretty fair pricing. The recent change in ownership brought some changes that were not too clear. Frustrated with the letters I kept getting, I called to get clarification or make plans to vacate and find some place. I was lucky enough to reach Kristi. She was patient, listened, explained in layman's terms... just a breath of fresh air to be spoken to like a person and not a locker number. I am very grateful for Kristi's professionalism and will be loyal customer for another 10+ years.”
“I have been with Affordable Storage for approximately 9 months. The owner's live on site, & are very friendly & personable. It is an older facility, but very well kept, clean, & you definitely have a sense of safety & security for your belongings. They offer online payments, which is something that I sorely need. Due to health issues I cannot drive, so this option makes sure my bill is paid. They also offer a senior discount which helps with the cost. The Storage I had before was too good to be true. The manager at the apartments I lived at built Storage room's in 1 of the buildings on site, & I got the 1st one so he only charged me $35!!!!! Talk about spoiled!!! When the place sold, & I had to find a reasonable storage, I had no idea what a fair price was. A friend told me Affordable is the best, & for a good price, & he was right. There was a different on site manager when I first rented, but the owner's took over the next month. In fact, my card didn't go through this month for some reason, & the owner texted me to let me know. Before any other charges are incurred. Talk about an awesome business owner!!! I am way more than happy with the service I receive. I feel my belongings are safe & secure. And I can sleep at night, knowing that I'm not going to lose any more of my stuff. I thank my friend for referring me to them, & I thank Affordable Storage for being such a customer caring business. Thank you Ted & Maria!!!”
“GREAT storage facility. It is temp controlled and even has a wine cellar for those who need that. They have an elevator and carts to help move things which was very nice. My family personally had our belongings here for almost 5 years. Customer service was always super fast & friendly when repling to emails. If I ever needed to change units - cause we downsized once - and then also went bigger - it was EASY and painless. I need that as a mother, volunteer, and business woman. I don't have time to waste. Monthly payments came out automatically - ZERO surprise charges. We had to close our unit cause we moved out of state. I recommend this storage facility!”
