Mail was supposedly delivered to mail box but never got it. Came in but they weren't able to help. Manager called me and practically told me I was SOL. He said to come to the post office and pick up a paper to forward my mail to a different address. Well I came in and was told that they had nothing availaible, to go somewhere else or go online and pay a fee.

This is the worst post office you can ever go too. Parlier and other locations are amazing but Reedley is horrible. Manager is really really rude she doesn’t belong in that position I think her name is Julia be aware for her she didn’t act like a manager .

It’s a decent branch, they sell packaging if you’re in a pinch and it’s not overly expensive. The employees are generally helpful if you have questions. The customers are a bit extra at this branch though, at times I genuinely feel for the staff.

Terrible service. I walked in today to mail something out. Of course I was given out a form to fill. I had taken the form, but had completely forgot I didn't have a pen on my person. So I asked the lady if she had one. She looked around and said 'We did, but someone must have taken it. Sorry.' Me not wanting to be rude said it was okay. Funny thing is, I had ended up borrowing a pen from a kind stranger, but when I got back in line to send out my item, the woman who was in line behind me had a pen. The exact lady who apologized to me for not having a pen, had let the woman borrow a pen. All of a sudden they have a pen? Or they found a pen? That's a little strange to me. Was it really that hard to go look for a pen, or grab a pen from somewhere in the back? I'm sure they have a good amount of them. They're probably just too damn lazy to grab them. Left there pretty upset. Now I know to take my own pen.

I went in on a Friday and paid to have the lock changed on my mail box. I was told.it would get done on Monday. I went in on Monday and the supervisor told me he would get it done that day. Today is Thursday. I called and the job is still NOT done. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't get my mail at all. I have things in there that have to be signed and mailed back to people. This is not the way customer service should be.

Being that I use USPS weekly for my shipping I have to say my experience on my visits are always smooth... my carrier is awesome and just recently a package from my vendor was lost someplace and our local office was notified and today I got an email stating it just arrived in Fresno... Thank you to the Post Master and customer service for finding my package I'm truly grateful ...

Horrific service. They simply do not care. I have a po box and also a forward from my home address to this po box. However items are still being returned. What's the point of the forward? Wish the USPS would go away.

In the past my experience here has been ok, not great, but not horrible, until last week. Granted it was 3:58 and they close at 4, but was walking in, with no one behind me and no line in front of me, when one of the ladies who works there, stepped in front of me said "sorry" and slammed the door in my face. Seriously?! I couldn't even believe it, I stood there stunned. What is happening to this world. Just rude.

This office has the worse hours! It seems that the hours of business seem to be getting shorter and shorter! They are advertised on their website as opened retail hrs. M-Thurs. from 8:30 am-4:00 pm and Fri. 8:30 am to 3:45pm (what's that? 3:45pm) and closed Sat. Sun. LOBBY hours on Sat. 5:45 am to 4:30 pm - Sun. 6:00am-2:00pm. Now that was not true, I went at 4:00 pm Saturday Nov. 17, 2018 doors were locked and returned Sunday Nov. 18, 2018 at 9:46 am and again the doors were locked! This is not the first time either that I have gone during supposed open lobby hours and doors are locked already! I looked everywhere for posted lobby hours there was nothing posted anywhere! This is so aggravating this office needs to post the correct hours of business on the doors so people don't waste their time or gas driving there. I don't understand why they have short business hours. Such an inconvenience to all customers. The lobby should be opened at least a few hours on Saturday and Sunday's! A big majority of people start work before 8:30am and do not get out till 5:00 pm or later. How are customers to do any of their postal needs? At least the personnel is very friendly, no complaints there.
