I rented a unit in 2015. Paid every month. Tried to close my unit 2 weeks before rent was due because my family was going through a hardship and knew we couldnt pay . The manager cookie wouldnt close my unit because the contract says 30 day notice. i emptied my things out of the unit the next day and left it swept clean, tried to reason with her to close my unit but she just had no compassion. Now 2018 its still on my credit report for $400 . A day later after my review is posted they are commenting say im lying and wrong about these events. What a crooked place.

The staff is always friendly, and the manager is bilingual. Facility has gate access and I love that the manager lives on grounds! Also can't forget to mention that the prices are very reasonable and are the lowest in the town of reedley!
