“When we first came to this bank we gave it a 1 star review also. But we decided to give it another chance and are glad we did. That was a couple of years ago and we have been happy with the personnel ever since. The people are great - the bank as a service institution needs much improvement. They need to offer more services to be competitive with other banks, and better rewards, especially for loyal customers and/or high balance customers.”

“A little bit of a wait but a young man named Angel who had just started working there helped me. Honestly I can't remember the last time I had such wonderful customer service! It's hard to find decent service anywhere nowadays and it was exceptional there that day. Thank you Angel! I would wait in a line twice as long any day to be treated that well!”
