I was back home in 30 mins! I was expecting drop-off and pick up in a day or so... The gentleman that helped me was me was straight forward with no sakes pitches said, "I'll have it done in 20 mins". The rest is history! The store is exceptionally clean, cool and very inviting. He says they/ve been there 8 years The nicely, well organized, comfortable store looks and feels brand new, As promised, I was done on time and purchased a privacy screen protector to boot! I can't say enough about my new "forever ITech Phone and Tablet Repair store!" I wouldn't consider taking my business anywhere else! 5 Stars across the board! ***** Respectfully, R. I've been coming to this family owned business for years through its location changes. Initially i'd come in for general phone help and repair (with my job i'm always damaging my phone) and each time i was always met with patience, honesty in pricing/services possible and expertise in services delivered. From port and speaker repair to screen and screen protector installation, my phone has always been in good hands here. About a year+ ago i purchased a couple of refurbished phones here and they are still running like they're brand new. In addition to phone repair they will also consider video game console repairs if it is in their scope. I'm fortunate to have this business in town and will be coming here first if i have any issues with my phone/tablet/gaming console. I highly recommend this business.

I went yesterday to get my Samsung S23 Ultra to fix my charging port, within an hour my phone was ready for pick up, I belive the tech that worked on my phone is named Brandon(I'm terrible at remembering names) I had a few questions regarding my new charging port and he answered each question to the best of his abilities, good prices and good service definitely going there for all my tech repair needs in the future, highly recommend this place

Brandon and his wife are great! I purchased the lifetime screen protector for my phone. They have a replacement in stock 99% of the time, and if not, they have one shipped in quickly. Definitely recommend ??

They don't have the equipment to seal pixels correctly. Dust got into my front camera after they replaced my screen. They tried cleaning it but didn't do a good job. Send your phone to Google where they will reseal it right the first time.

They don't have the equipment to seal pixels correctly. Dust got into my front camera after they replaced my screen. They tried cleaning it but didn't do a good job. Send your phone to Google where they will reseal it right the first time.

My samsung note 9 had an issue with the power plug. It wouldn't transfer data so it needed to be replaced. The finger print reader also started to flake and started having problems reading prints. They fixed both and its acting like new. They were friendly, fast, and professional. Thanks guys.

Third time taking a device in, first time it was for computer repair. Seamless service and so happy with their attention to detail. They are always cheaper than ANYWHERE else. 10/10!!!!
