Dr. Solis is amazing. The only issue with this clinic is the rude secretary. Her name is Vanessa. Is she does not like her job she should not be there. She is dealing with client care and has the ugliest attitude. Even to schedule an appointment with the Dr has the ugliest attitude.

I’ve been struggling to find a doctor and have shopped around Clovis and Fresno but decided to drive to Reedley to give Dr Solis a try and am VERY glad I did. She is kind and listens to ALL your concerns. The office is so beautifully designed. It’s like you’re walking into a spa. My normal anxiety around going to the doctor was nonexistent. I am so grateful for her office and staff I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Called to try and set up a new appointment, office staff was incredibly rude and needed a serious attitude adjustment. Not what a new patient wants to hear upon a first call.

Doctor (4), staff horrible (-0). Staff not responsive to patient needs and Doctors orders. They act as though you are interrupting them, giving the impression they don't care, don't want to help you. Have been told Solis has had patients voice this with her and yet the problem continues. Poor management of practice. Stay if you like poor patient care. Go anywhere else would be better.

Dr. Solis is a fantastic doctor, she listens to your needs and then gives you sound advice. If you need a referral she is on top of your needs. Dr. Solis is an awesome doctor.
