HORRIBLE!!!! I paid $100 for what was supposed to be a full bouquet of Red carnations, Yellow daisies, Purpl monte cristos, a birthday balloon and a clear fluted vase. I typed out the message for the card AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT. Horrible, not acceptable and unprofessional

I placed an order for my moms birthday and not one thing I ordered was what she received. Also, I typed out the message I wanted to accompany the bouquet and it was awful. Misspelled wording, horrible penmanship "scribble". The flowers were placed in a glass jar ($1 mason jar the Dollar Store carries) rather than a glass fluted vase I paid for. There was no Mylar "Happy Birthday" balloon and the flowers looked exactly like someone went outside and picked them from a bush. Unprofessional and not acceptable. Look at the attached photos to see for yourself this hot mess of a disaster that they gave her. And if this wasn't all bad enough, I called and spoke to the owner about this... I was calm and polite and expressed my disappointment and she told me, and this is a direct quote, "I sent what I sent and it's no my problem" and she hung up on me!!!! This is the owner, WTH ?!?! They can't spell, they use crap greenery and half dead flowers, they don't include anything that was ordered and they FAIL to follow up with you. BUYER BEWARE

I have ordered flower arrangements from this flower shop for various occasions including a funeral and each time they have been absolutely beautiful. The owner tends to her flower shop and is the one to make the flower arrangements, great customer service! This is my go to flower shop

My wife received several floral arrangements for Mother's Day and all still beautiful except for the one She received from this business, we reached out to them and sent photos but unfortunately no response. They should at least refund the person that sent them. The photo with the lilies is from this shop

For my mother's birthday she received a table planter of succulents. They were amazing. Healthy, great color, and displayed beautifully. There were 3 succulents and each was in their own pot, so can easily be transferred. The best part was these flowers were ordered from a flower website that was an unheard of website, fromyouflowers.com So Casa del Encanto had to pick up the order and deliver on the idea the best they can and they did great. Will totally use them as our main florist now.
