“To me they have been nothing but kind and very informative with everything I that is going on with my vehicle. The only thing I can complain about is that yea it does take them a long time to get the vehicles done, but its understandable look how many vehicles they having to work on all the time. An if they have to find certain parts then wait for parts to be shipped to them, so. Honestly to me I can see they are trying to do the best they can with all the work an space they have. But I really like an highly recommended them!”

“Towed my wife’s car here, eddy was very friendly took our car and worked on it. Called us through out the day to keep us posted with what was going on. He called to let me know the car would be ready by the end of the day. I told him I couldn’t pick up due to the fact the my wife was using my car at work. He took it upon himself to drop it off at my place! Now that’s what I call service he didn’t charge me for dropping it off but I made sure to include a Tip for the service. Our car is back and works great! Followed by a warranty he gave us. Eddy did a Amazing job!”
“Dec 2022 update- still extremely happy with the service and quality of this shop. I havent gone to another mechanic since my first visit here. I can trust that my vehicle is in the best and safest hands, and I will continue to go here for any problems I have with any vehicles i own. 10 stars!
Dec vs June 2021 REVIEW
Dec- OMG IM SO HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!! This was my first time being a customer there, and I felt so welcomed. As a woman, some mechanics make you feel stupid, and Francisco did NOT make me feel that way. He explained everything in a nice, respectful way. My car was done in a timely manner, I received GREAT customer service, and my car is running better than ever before!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUALITY AUTO REPAIR TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC!!!

Jose tried to contact us but couldn’t, so before going back to his shop he continued up the road and found us!He towed us to a tire shop and waited to make sure they had the correct tires. “It's a smog check, not Starbucks. Guy isn't big on small talk. So what? He can can talk to me or not talk to me however he wants within reason. Even so, our conversations were professional and cordial, even if they were few in words. He does walk-ins only. And he doesn't like to answer or talk on the phone much. That's all a bit annoying. But it's his business, it's working for him, and it's not hurting anyone. I've been there twice. Once with out of state plates and another on the due date for my smog check/registration renewal. Had the opportunities, but didn't try to take advantage of me and always stuck to the price mentioned on the phone. I'll go back next time I need another smog check.”
