If I could give it negative stars I would. I paid for my car to be detailed inside and out. The outside was okay, but they messed up my windows and the inside was very poorly done. They messed up my tint on all windows, as it bubbled, and all my tint needs to be completely redone. If they noticed their product was messing up the tint on one window, you would think as a professional they would stop and not use that product on the rest of the windows. When we picked it up, the dash still had lint on it and was sticky, as well as my cup holder still had a spot of ice cream that was spilled on it right before it being taken in, which was evidence they did not wipe down my dash or cup holders, nor did they dust. The carpet and seats were still dirty and wasn’t properly vacuumed/shampooed. The trunk was not vacuumed out at all, still had dirt on the carpet. I went back and asked for at lease some compensation (as I need to get the new tint) and they refused to compensate me for the damage they caused. I spoke with the owner who did not care that they did a sloppy and lazy job and didn’t finish what I paid for them to do. I paid 250 dollars for something that a child could’ve done better. Please see the pictures, although it is hard to see the bubbled tint on the window pictures. They will never get my business again and I will discourage all my family and friends from also going there, which is unfortunate because they mostly live in the Dinuba/Reedley area. If they would’ve made it right, I wouldn’t have written a comment, but they did a horrible job and their customer service is just as bad. When I was leaving the owner appeared to be taunting me and made a smart Alec comment about them having my business after she knew I was highly disappointed with the outcome, and ultimately have to spend more money on fixing the damages they caused to my windows. 200$ for interior, not impressed at all . when I pointed the missed areas door panels, dust on panels,seats her reply was " we are really busy so we can't spend to much time on a vehicle "" lol. their business name (attention to detail? )

My car hasn't had a good deep cleaning in 14 years. In that time I spilled at least 20 sodas and 25 large coffee cups in it. They got the carpet super clean! It looked new, like the day I bought the car!

just dont go here had a horrible experience the male employee is just plain our rude , he doesn't realize were putting food on his table as a customer , and some of us actually take careful consideration into our hard earned vehicles and when see something we should be able to voice our opinion not have a smart Alec comment attached to it they messed up my car paint as well the owner seems shady just go somewhere else rather than here.

They charged me $150 for an interior detail. They really convinced me on the interior steam clean which I thought would make my interior look new again but I was disappointed. My clothed seats where not cleaned very well and the stains on the seats where still visible. The floor carpets looked nice but everything else was sub-par at best.

This is the place we trust for detailing and window tinting. The staff is super friendly and they are proud of their work. They've done a brand new vehicle previously, as well as a new old car for us. Thanks for making a 2001 look like new. The tinting is perfect on windows and sunroof. I can't believe what a big difference it makes in keeping the car protected from summer heat. Great job!
