This lady forgets to put us in the list. Has happened year after year continuously. I have children at home it’s cold below 40 in my home in the early morning . Just wish they were more responsible about putting peoples homes in the list when they call to order propane for their homes.

We get propane for our 5th wheel. Their prices are reasonable. They have a person for filling up the tank(s) so you don't have to wait for someone who is doing something else to come out to fill up the tank like you do a Tractor Supply Company. They have a minimum charge which corresponds to a bit less than an empty 20 lb tank and have 8-5 hours but we have been very pleased with this option - drive from Dinuba when we have other activities in Reedley. johnh...

I am a homeowner and I have a mobile home on my property with unlawful detainers. I was renting a propane tank for the mobile home and one of the detainers filed a contract without my knowledge on my property. I received a statement on April 13th saying I owed money for another tank for a different house on the property. I inquired about this statement charge and the secretary was aggressive and threatened legal action because she filed a contract without my knowledge or my approval on my property for the mobile home tank, but I was referring to the other one on the premises. I have been in business with Alta Oil and Propane Co Inc for years and I am disappointed in how this was handled. One star is too much. Genuinely the worst customer service I have experienced. The drivers are professional enough but the office is horrifically rude even when they are completely (through proof of bank statements and invoices) in the wrong for double charging. They will give you the run around for days, telling you that "If you don't have a receipt, there's nothing I can do". Problem is, if they don't mail you a receipt after paying over the phone, you're out of luck. They also won't consider the invoice tag from the delivery driver as a receipt. No apologies once they "found" the double charge for $600 and then told me they would "do me this favor, this one time of removing the charge". A friend of mine had the same issue with double charging. Just saw the other 1 star review that looks like the same situation. The slightly lower price is NOT worth it!

Very rude customer service tried to call me a liar when clearly someone was not doing there job correctly switched to much better company I suggest you do the same

I have called Alta twice now and I have to say that Jodie has been amazing. I was price checking and not only was she kind and extremely helpful, but she really seemed to genuinely care. Custom service is very important to me and I look at all customer reviews before making my decision. I am here to tell you they are the real deal, and I haven't even had my propane delivered yet! Lol. Thank you for your kindness. New customer because of your great receptionist. Blessings.
