This is only for Redwood Valley Post office. Today I went in to figure out a delivery of a package and I accidently walked in to the office with to many people the older lady behind the counter her name is Roxanne looked at me and said "Nope to many people OUT". I said that's fine but you could have been nicer about it and not yelled at me. When it was my turn before I could even ask my question she said address? I gave her my address and she said I don't have any packages for you. I responded with I know I'm looking for a package that was delivered to the wrong address, you didn't let me tell you what I needed. She then wrote down a number and said here call this. I then asked why she was being so unprofessional and mean to me. She responded with you come in here with children when we are full of people during a pandemic smacked her head and said duh. I repeated why are you being so unprofessional all I did was accidentally walked in. I also repeated at your age you shouldn't be treating people this way at this point I was crying and shaking uncontrollably. My children who is only 12 and 11 had to be sent out alone because I didn't want them seeing this woman treat their mother this way. I have since talked with people and it turns out its not a new occurrence she is allowed to treat people this way all the time and is allowed to keep her job. Redwood Valley is a small proud community but I am not proud of this post office for allowing her to treat people this way.

I love going to my local post office in Redwood Valley. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and there often isn't any line. They always have a nice selection of birthday cards and stamps too. The location next to the fantastic Redwood Valley Store makes for an all-in-one trip for mail, groceries, and a delicious sandwich (the Redwood Valley Store makes the best sandwiches in Mendo!).

Due to Tony Wang throwing my packages, leaving multiple mailboxes wide open multiple days in a row, and some days he decides he just wont deliver at all, and usps not doing anything about it, here is your well deserved 1 star review. Worst usps driver I have ever had the displeasure of living near..

Got to love your local post offices. The small town ones are always the best. If you live nearby you should check it out.

This is a small post office in the corner next to the Redwood Valley Market. I send out mail and there are pick-up mail boxes too. The service is friendly and helpful.

"Best Post Office in the Nation!" is what my you hear from many who have sent a letter with the help of these hard working people. My son is a few months old and I think he wishes he could be there all day. It's nice to see loving people that care about our community!
