RCU takes care of the customers more than any bank I know. I am very proud to call them my bank of choice. “One of the most busiest branch I've been in. No other bank in Ukiah has the foot traffic that this branch has ! Branch is better staffed , you feel it and see it right away , the staff is great , friendly , I was greeted right away and directed to the right place for what I needed. I walked in for a service issue , got my resolve AND walked out with $400 from my reward points I had no idea were expiring!
