Great place with great help from awesome people. They are so open to making sure the animal fits the person. They are informative, helpful beyond the normal shelter, and definitely available after you adopt your pet! They go above and beyond, a great place to support when deciding to adopt your next pet!!

We adopted both our dog and two cats from them! The people are great and care so much about finding good homes for them! Highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a new furry family member.

Called their cat department to see if they could help me with a kitten I found abandoned and sick. They put me on voicemail on the two occasions I called. Now the kitten is dead. Fuck you.

Staff was rude and did not make me feel comfortable about the care of our pup when she got out of our fenced in area.

If you are a brown/black person you will have a hard time adopting a pet here because the lady who runs the place is racist and predjudice and her name is Rebecca I believe. She over talks people of color and is so rude and talks down to you like you’re beneath her. Better to go to animal shelter and save lives there because she is so difficult and classless! I don’t understand how her behavior is condoned by management, such a shame that many pets can have a homebut because of her and her predjudice ways they don’t.
