I showed up in an emergency because this was the closest location, even though I had lousy experiences with it before. Unlike previous visits, the staff was courteous and competent. They did the work within a reasonable period with a good attitude, kept me informed, and did not try to sell me any services I didn't need. I think it must be under new management.

Manager is clearly a misogynist he manage to insult both me *and* my wife. While pressuring me into a "3 year" wheel alignment package (what the heck do I need THAT for?), he said that the car may need a re-alignment during that period if my "wife ran over the curb". My wife is actually a very good driver and never "runs over the curb". Maybe *his* wife is a horrible driver, but it's insulting that he assumes *all* wives are. Then he said we needed significant brake service (4 rotors and a couple of pads), quoted a cost of ~$1500. I went outside, called my regular mechanic, and verified that they could do the work for much less. When I declined brake service, the Manager thought that I had called my wife -- so, as part of pressuring me to get the brake work done, he had the audacity to insist that I, as "the man of the house", should be "the one making all the decisions about our cars". Yet, as "man of the house", I *had* made the decision to not use his shop for brake work. In one sentence, he had insulted both me *and* my wife. I was firm about declining the service but did not show how ticked-off I felt.I was not happy, not happy at all. I don't plan to return to this Wheel Works location unless there is a problem with the alignment they performed.

I honestly don’t understand these reviews. Jose at Wheel Works saved a whole trip for us by getting me in right away on a Sunday, finding a screw, replacing the tire with a full size spare (my tire was not available anywhere in town), and back on the road all within 2 hours! He was SO kind and a TOTAL problem solver!! Thank you, Jose, so much!

I should have, seeing the terrible Google Maps reviews, not ignored my better judgement, and gone to Wheel Works for service. I should have gone elsewhere instead. After requesting a tire replacement, and Wheel Works performed such a tire replacement, my car has now become rather wobbly to the point of feeling motion sickness while driving. It even felt better while a spare tire was in use in comparison to now. And after informing Wheel Works of this, and going back to them to fix the issue, they keep on saying that they're unsure how long it'll take to diagnose the issue - that they know they messed up, but that they're busy. Honestly, I'd avoid the trouble of going to Wheel Works in the future, and go elsewhere if you'd like your car fixed or serviced.

Hello, my name is Josue,I would like to express my sincere honesty in customer service. I want to bring this up because I would like to see a difference in customer service and staff accountability. I have a complaint due to the unprofessionalism, I requested an alignment and didn't get it even after trying for two or three days. I even made an appointment and yet didn't get done. I don't understand why staff is so irresponsible to supply a service that is demanded from a customer. I also noticed the unprofessionalism of getting the job done, there was another customer who was getting a refund due to the inaccuracy of getting what she asked for.By the way, these comments are for a supervisor! Please take action and avoid losing clients.

Horrible Customer Experience! I made an appointment and figured I would eventually get my tire repaired. The lady in front of me was there for the same thing without an appointment and he promised her car would go after two cars that we ahead of hers. I come like some idiot thinking I made an appointment and basically said there are too many cars ahead of mine. Why take appointments?!?! I know why because Wheel Works is just a crappy chain like all the other specialized car services that are closing. Not bagging on the service folks that are actually doing the work but if you can't get your front line people right, you are doing the entire franchise a disservice. Yes the Chinese guy! I had to go to another business because this guy was a joke! Right after I left, he calls me and says call me back. Yeah right! Do yourself a favor and go to another quality tire store. There are plenty of them. Look at the ratings at this place! It will be a matter of time before this place closed. FU WW.

If you're an attractive woman the over weight fat dude will be nice, but since I'm a male was rude on the phone, and when I got there. Didn't offer to try and help at all before even asking what I needed done. Personally people like him don't deserve a job. Horrible customer service.

Worst service ever.Don’t know why I went back.Hoping things would have changed. After 8 hours to change 4 tyre’s work still not completed.David is the worst person to deal with and I would never go back because he just gives excuses and lies instead of saying I am sorry I messed up.I wish I had read Winston’s and other 1 star reviews below. And while driving my car is wobbling on the road since wheel alignment and wheel balance was not done after committing and confirming that it would be done.

A very poor experience. Made an appointment for a 2:00PM tire rotation and alignment. Arrived at approximately 1:50PM to provide enough time to check-in and complete paperwork. At around 3:15PM or an hour and a half after being onsite, I noticed my vehicle had not moved from its original parking space. When I inquired about estimated time of completion, I was told the shop was busy and my car would be pulled in around 4:00PM or two hours after my schedule appointment. My only other option was to return the next week. I ended up leaving as I had other scheduled appointments that afternoon.Below are some actionable feedback based on the terrible experience.1) Stop taking appointments if times cannot be honored. Reading between the lines, it was hinted appointments times are more a "we'll try but make one at your own risk"2) Communicate if the scheduled time cannot be met. People are generally okay with rescheduling as long as it's done so promptly so other arrangement can be made.3) Set expectations at check-in. At no time was a "backed up" shop or estimated completion time provided. Had the information been provided upfront, I could have rearranged my day.4) Once again, communicate. If a customer is seen sitting around after an hour, provide an update. Being left in the dark and having the customer try and piece the puzzle together is very frustrating. At no time should I have been the one to chase down information5) Update your systems. I was shocked so much is still being done with handwritten work orders. Having consulting in the auto industry, the move toward computerized systems was set in motion a decade and a half ago. Newer platforms can manage capacity, automatically provide updates to the customers, alert service advisors when something is overlooked, reduces human error, and cuts overheads costs due to increased efficiencies.A last piece of advice. Whomever installed the computer system made a mistake. The laser printer is plugged into one of the battery backed receptacle on the UPS (uninterruptable power supply). Laser printers should never be plugged into an outlet that draws power from the battery. It should go into a "surge only" port. Continuing to use this misconfiguration can damage the printer, battery, computer, and other devices on the UPS. The hint is the UPS alarm going off right before the printer starts a job.Service: Tires

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.I took my 325i Bmw two years for new spark plugs. I Started having issues with my car misfiring when accelerating.Took my car to at 219 old county rd with Sean, forget his business name, but it turned out my worn our spark plugs and coils were because Wheel Works was using COPPER spark plugs on my car rather than than iridium. In the end, cheap stuff really does come out more expensive.

Ive been coming here for quite some time now and i just had to write about the ridiculous experience i had here today and why i wont be coming back. I accidentally curbed my rear right tire causing it to develop a slow leak. I knew i was also due for a tire rotation soni brought it in here for that and also to get the leak fixed. I was asked to wait an hour and a half and skipped work just to get it taken cared of. They called me later to say that my car was serviced and ready to be picked up. Upon getting home, i checked the tire settings on my car and was surprised to see my rear right tire overinflated. I then decided to let some air out and was stunned to find the curb rash on that tire. Meaning they never rotated my tire after all! All that time i wasted, the bogus paperwork they gave me claiming they had rotated my tires, and not even checking how they overinflated my tire. This is just uttertly unscrupulous. I then called to ask for an explanation qnd basically was told that i have to come in first thing in the morning or i would have to wair. Thanks but no thanks. Im not missing work again and be beholden to yoir time for lying to me and not giving me the service you claim to have done on my car/ the dishonesty is beyond dissapointing. Do not go here.

Don’t ever get brake work here. They did a bad job and had to bring my truck back. 20,000 miles later my brakes are bad again!!!
