They are selling user data. Right after I got call that my package will be returned to sender, I started to receive spam messages from several different strange senders about usps delivery ( wrong delivery num so I know it is spam). They made my data leaked.

Worst post office by far. Odd hours. Terrible parking. NO MAIL DROP OFF BOXES. There are stations that barely meet spec, and then there is this station. The building is pretty, but come on!

Small branch on Jefferson St. Surrounded by small stores and restaurants. Fast service on a weekday if you come at a dead hour around 2:45-3ish. They close late for lunch and re-open at 2 pm. Staff are very helpful.

I just went to get a priority mail envelopes with their stamps. Joe employee was so rude yelling at me because he could not have enough stamps. He was so upset and yelling at me all the time. It’s not my fault you guys do not have enough supplies. Customer service 0 and the worse than experience. Make sure your employees are qualified for the job. I wish I could rate 0.

Half of the employees here don't speak English and 100% of them have no clue what they are doing and have continously messed up my mail.

GoFundMe are THIEVES! They should be investigated by the federal government. Particularly appalling to keep money from donations towards funeral funds. It takes truly despicable individuals to do that. Vile scammmers.

This one is ok. I mostly come here to drop off packages with prepaid labels, since it's the closest to my house. It's a really old facility. Pros: near downtown, convenient location near a lot of other businesses. Staff is typically polite and ok. Cons: Free parking is verrrrry limited here. There's a handful of spots in the narrow strip between Jefferson and the paid lot, and they have a ten minute limit. There's definitely a lot of visits at peak hours when you'll cut it close... huge waste of time when you just want to only drop off a prepaid package. At busy times it can be more than 10-15 min. Hours start later than the main post office on broadway, and the lunch time isn't clear (I think ends at 1:30 or 2? Doesn't seem posted online).

why do they close so damn early plus the workers are no help i asked them if they could print the label for me and they told me to go print it at the library like girl ??. When i was organizing my package and needed tape i saw it had a $2.99 written on it so i just took it and didn’t pay cause aint no way they expect me to pay 3 dollars for tape that i only needed once ?

Parking is terrible, the lobby is dirty, the hours are odd, and you can't even swing by the lobby and pick up flat rate boxes like you can at any of the 16472 other post offices around here. It seems like every time I come by they are closed and I can't pick up anything to mail a package or use a self service kiosk. If the window lobby is closed you're out of luck
