They do indeed close for lunch break. And then sometimes there can be quite a long line after lunch with only one person at the window. However that person is helpful and friendly so they are doing their best, but it seems like they might benefit from another person to help out.

I would give a negative review to the Indian lady who was really rude and not helpful. USPS is operated by the federal government and as a tax payer, I was really really disappointment by my experience here. The lady redirects customer's request to roadway office, for a simple request that I finally made online. I still don't understand why a local branch cannot help with something that customer can finish online. Never come here if you have another option.

No after-hours mail drop box of any kind! Forget a full service kiosk -- you literally can't even drop off a stamped letter here if it's after hours.

Closed for lunch 1:30-2:15 pm with multiple people waiting outside. I’ve never heard of a post office closing for lunch, maybe they’re low staff? Sometimes there are two people at the window, but that doesn’t explain why they need to close completely instead of taking turns taking lunch.

They made me paid twice for a cardboard box I used for my shipping: a first time when I went to the counter with box and ask a question about the customs paperwork, then a second time, when I came back 5 minutes later with the same box but full and ready to be shipped. The employee at the counter could not remember me and see the red ink of her previous stamping on the box (method they use to make sure the box has been paid). Unfortunately, I didn't ask for the receipt the fist time so could not prove I bought it. Since the price was pretty low with respect to the shipping price and I was in a hurry, I let it go but left pretty upset. I do not recommend to go to this post office.

I am embarrassed by the poor service this branch of the usps has given. Clearly they are not there to serve the public. For years the website says specific hours of business and the door are closed during the designated open hours. Yesterday it happened again. I went at 2 pm and it was closed. Three other people were there and were not happy. Fix it or close this branch.

I hope the Federal government will see fit to keep our post offices open and clean and well-lit. Gloria, the post-mistress who works there now is very efficient and friendly. It has become so dark and gloomy in there and she lights up the space.

Very helpful staff. Very underfunded office with terribly low and outdated lighting. Much more convenient than going to the main branch however!
