Very bad attention.
They have an attitude to take care of the worst.
They discriminate against people who do not speak English and do not serve them.
I went on August 20, 2024 between 8:30 am and 8:50 am and just because I don't speak English, the person who attended at that time did not want to help me and gave me a dirty look.

Kayla at the Woodside Plaza, Redwood City, CA UPS location assisted me today. She was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how she found the best fitting and most cost efficient packaging for me by taking multiple measurements of the item I was shipping and then doing comparisons.

Jessica in store #1433 went WAY above and beyond to help me solve a problem. I was shipping 4 boxes of returns to Zappo's in the same 4 boxes I'd received the items in, but Zappo's had only provided me with one label. Jessica explained that each box had to have a unique label. I called Zappo's from the UPS store and was on the phone with them for over an hour as they tried to figure out how to produce 4 labels. Jessica allowed Zappo's to email the labels to the store. She took the time to repeatedly refresh the store email looking for the labels. When they wouldn't come thru on the store email, she gave out her personal email. Zappo's required that each box be opened & the contents listed to them over the phone. Jessica opened all the boxes and lent me tape to tape them up again. She was the epitome of customer service and problemsolving -- and, mind you, this was on a busy Saturday during Christmas season!
