I completed my 12 week transformation about a month ago and it was excellent! Not only did I lose 24 pounds, my trainer Stephanie has helped me to rehab from several injuries including a bad turned ankle, a wonky shoulder, and a sciatic/hip strain. Her level of care and attention is something I've never felt before and it's special. Michael, Charles, and the other trainers also offer this detailed level of care and everyone's attitude is so encouraging. I am walking taller, with more ease, comfort, and confidence than ever before. Thank you, Stephanie, and thank you, Michael and Training Space!

I contacted Training Spaces late one night when I was feeling frustrated with my lack of progress. Let me back up a bit... I'm a woman in my early 40's, two young kids, and I run about 2-3x a week. After my youngest became fairly self-sufficient, I decided to get back in shape. I thought it would be pretty easy because I'd done it before with my first kid. But this time, after working out for 3 months straight, I saw no progress. I even increased running to 7 days a week. And yet, every morning when I woke up, I felt like a truck hit me. I also noticed other changes, like falling/staying asleep became difficult, my cycle was off, etc. I did a bunch of research and realized I was going through perimenopause. One of the suggested methods to get through perimenopause is to build muscle and regain strength, so that's why, late one night, I found Training Spaces and decided to sign up.I'm now in week 7 with Charles, and here are the results I'm seeing:- My sleep is more regulated. I can fall/stay asleep for at least 6-7 hours a night, versus erratic 2-4 hour cycles before.- My cycle is closer to what it used to be, and I no longer have heavy symptoms.- I can eat almost anything I want without huge blood sugar spikes.- I am much stronger. I'm able to lift my 5-year old without taking out my back.- I have so much energy now. I wake up at 7 am, and literally go all day until 11 pm, and I feel fine. I used to crash around 3-4 pm, and wonder how I'd make it to the kid's bedtime, and by 9 pm, I'd be so exhausted (and still couldn't fall asleep!).- Lastly, though this wasn't a goal of mine, I'm now back to my pre-kid weight from 10 years ago.If I had known I'd feel this way, I would've started this process much sooner. I wouldn't have waited until I lost this much muscle before trying to build it back up again. I am grateful I found this place, and my trainer Charles, who's been so helpful and a joy to work with. So if you're a new mom, a new dad, a woman going through perimenopause or menopause, and you just feel exhausted or not quite yourself, I'd highly recommend taking the first step and reach out to these guys. They know what they're doing, and you'll start to feel much better very soon.

I recently completed the 12 week transformation with Sam and I am so grateful for all that I learned and gained (and lost!) throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this gym and the 12 week transformation to anyone who is ready and serious about improving their health and transform not only physically but mentally and emotionally in the best way. I heard about the 12 week transformation from a friend and I instantly knew that this was something that I needed to get into to kickstart my health journey that I longed for but had no idea how to start. (For context, I have a 5-year-old son and after giving birth, my health declined and my wellbeing was no longer a priority.) Sam and I met for a consultation and immediately he made it very clear that my lifestyle was going to do a complete 180, but he assured me he was going to be there for me every step of the way - I needed the accountability! With Sam's coaching and training, I was able to lose 49lbs in the 12 weeks. 49lbs!!! In addition, my energy levels have increased, my mood has improved, and I've been able to develop and practice discipline. I also began healing my relationship with food and I learned to use my time in the gym as stress relief. Overall, my transformation experience has been healing in more ways than one. Sam was available outside of our time in the gym to answer questions re: meal plans, workouts, and has been so gentle and supportive when having to modify workouts. He is also extremely knowledgeable and has taught me so much through our training! Other things I love about TS is that the rest of the trainers and interns have been nothing but helpful and supportive! The space, the community, and the trainers are all so welcoming. The gym is spacious, clean and organized. There's cool artwork all over the walls. Most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable to actually workout in a space with no-judgment.

Training Space is amazing, I was looking for a gym close to me where I could get back into working out. I met with Michael and ended up signing up for the 12 week transformation with 3 sessions a week. My trainer Sam was awesome, I felt like he catered the plan to my needs and pushed me to be better. I have some hip mobility issues and he built a plan around me. Sam was great at holding me accountable and helping me with my meal plan when I needed it. At the end of it, I lost almost 40 pounds! The thing I love most about Training Space is the welcoming atmosphere, I never once felt intimidated or out of place, instead felt welcome and supported. Also being able to access the gym 24 hours allows me to have no excuses! The gym itself is clean and all the staff are super friendly and there to cheer you on. The one con I'd say is I wish they had a few more stairmasters since everyone who is working with a PT starts with stairs so you have to be strategic if you're coming in for a cardio day.

Thankfully, I stumbled upon Training Space, and boy, was it a game-changer!From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. Meeting Michael, the owner, was like meeting an old friend. The vibe of the gym was unlike any other I had experienced before, and the presence of strong lifters around me was genuinely motivating. It was evident that this place was special, different from the typical gyms I had visited in the past.I decided to sign up for a transformation program with Michael, and it was undoubtedly the best decision I could have made. With his expert guidance, I started building back muscle and adopting a healthier lifestyle. Michael encouraged me to take on heavier lifts, such as deadlifts, bench presses, and squats. Awesome gym with lots of space and quality equipment! The staff/trainers are incredibly friendly and very qualified! Whether you're doing personal training or have your own plan, it's a great space for achieving any/all of your goals!

I've been going to Training Space for about 6 months now. First I did a 12 weeks transformation with Michael and have been a member since.The transformation was a great experience, I lost weight, learned how to do all the major exercises, got stronger, and probably most importantly I started to love coming to the gym and genuinely look forward to training now. As for the gym, it's well quipped, not crowded and there's a great tight knit community feel going as well. I also like that I can come in anytime 24/7.

I just finished the three-month transformation program with Michael and what a journey it has been! I am down about 25 pounds but most importantly, I am healthier (my resting heart rate is way down), stronger, and feel a lot more confident about myself and my body. I still remember the first day I met Michael, I was so nervous and intimidated (it was my first time setting foot in a gym) but I knew instantly this man was going to change my life for the better and I am so glad I trusted my gut. Thank you Michael for all your guidance throughout this program. I will forever be grateful for your mentorship and friendship.I also met some wonderful people since I joined this community. Big shout out to Jessica and Taylor for always being so encouraging and making things fun, Armen for your great music taste, and last but not least, Nate and Sam for everything you taught me. Oh, and the Interns...you guys are doing great!

Both of my kids are doing personal training at Training Space this summer. My 14 year old son trained with Nate for 7 weeks so far and has lost 9 lbs! More important than losing weight, I can see that both of them are learning a lot about making the right choice of food, portion control and developing a passion for exercising and body building, which will have much more long-lasting impact in their life. I am very glad that I found Training Space who helped both of my kids with their fitness goal. Michael, Nate and Sam are great and we will definitely come back next year when both of them are home again from school.

I joined training space last year, a little lost in my workout routine and not knowing what would make me feel better. I started with the 12 week transformation, which TLDR: it works!!! I feel more motivated to work out, learned how to truly strength train, and learned a lot more about myself and what I could achieve! Michael and his whole team are wonderfully inviting and warm - that's what you get at training space!

I LOVE this GYM!!!! I have been all over the U.S. for work! And this gym is by far my favorite! I honestly don't know where to begin with how pleased I am with this layout! The cleanliness is next level! The machines are advanced but easy to use! And the trainers are so kind, determined, focused on your growth, highly knowledgeable in all areas and know how customize your training so you reap the maximum results! I have never been in better shape! And this gym caters to my mind, body and soul! I highly recommend working with these trainers! It has transformed my life!!! Thank you Training Space!
