Just bought a 2024 Camry and couldn't be happier with the process. Leesa was helpful when we first walked into the door. Mark was our salesman and really listened to my wants and needs. The whole process was quick and easy. Will be back to see Mark in the future.

We really wanted to buy the Corolla Cross Hybrid and after finding out they were selling for MSRP we decided to sign up for the waitlist. Ended up waiting around 6mo for the vehicle but it was everything we hoped for and more. Really appreciate the lack of upselling here and the purchasing process was very straightforward. Thank you to Roy, Miles and the rest of the Toyota 101 team, we'll definitely come here again for our next Toyota in the future!

I just purchased a new Corolla hybrid from Toyota 101. I had a really good experience with sales person, Sean Amir. He was very professional and honest from beginning to end. Finance person was also nice. All deal and paper works went smoothly as I expected and I was very happy.

The best dealership I've ever encountered. I first went out to see a used car that turned out not to meet my needs. The thing that jumped out to me immediately, besides the friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of Roy Almeyda and the other staff, was that the car was in excellent condition. I've had bad luck with other dealerships, but all the cars I saw at Toyota 101 were in excellent shape and worth what they charge for them. I ended up buying a used Toyota Yaris. The process was painless and throughout it staff helped me understand the process and make decisions that met my needs. Would definitely shop here again.

There goes another valued customer of Toyota! I've been coming into this location for maybe 3 years now, purchasing 0W-16 oil for my 2020 RAV4 HV, what usually costs $66.57 for 5 qt of oil and 1 oil filter is now $80 +, I commented to the rep saying boy y'all increase the price almost double for the oil filter! He said yup, there was some restructuring here recently. I said well this will be the last time you see me! Sadly I have to walk away and go support Walmart now. Walmart Toyota OEM filters are $8 or an aftermarket of equivalent or better quality is $6.97Toyota used to be charging $6.57 for the oil filter now $12.17Sorry Toyota 101 ! You're no longer part of my loyalty, and to think we were just about to buy another Toyota?!? Crazy how you don't see the value you've lost until you lose it huh? This review was written to the owners of this location and not to the representatives of Toyota 101 or technicians as they are being told what to do not how to do it.

Review for service! After some bad experiences in other Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area, I asked some friends for their recommendation and they told me to try out Toyota 101. They recommended them based on the quality of the service department and how they don't pressure you into doing additional work, etc. and overall are really nice. That was enough to make an appointment for a Friday morning in a dealership that was out of my way. And I have to say that I was really pleased! Justin took care of me and my car and was super nice! I was coming in specifically for some under-car damage and they managed to gently hammer out the plate and pin it into place. They told me to try it out with the repair but if it was rattling or still scraping against speed bumps, that they recommended replacement and provided a quote (including labor) that was good for 60 days. Although they normally charge for the labor, they actually didn't because it was my first time! I think it also helped that all that was needed was unbending an aluminum plate. I was in and out in about 2 hours, I think! There's a relatively small reception area inside and some seating outside - free coffee or drinks (lacroix, some sodas) too!The friendly treatment is more than enough to give this dealership a 5 star in their service department, and I will definitely schedule again for any other maintenance/service (and if I need to come back and replace that metal plate)!

Only been there once but I was super impressed. I was looking for the parts department and I drove in the wrong way. A pleasant young kid directed me to the right door. Parts dept. I was met with a knowledgeable gentleman who promptly looked up the belt I needed, rung me up and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend this place.v

We purchased a few vehicles from Toyota 101 over the years. This is the first one we purchased since they moved in their new location. We dealt with salesperson Miles Galang. I generally don't enjoy the car buying process in but it was a pleasure working with Miles. He was patient and answered all our questions. The location is really nice and their lounge area is very comfortable.

Thanks to Mario Biino I have a beautiful new Toyota RAV4. I was able to get the exact color for the exterior and interior that I wanted. This is the 1st new car I have had since the 1980's. I am so blessed and excited. Mario was eager to help and kind to all my requests. You definitely want to see Mario if you are shopping for a new or used car. I would also like to thank Jeff Melen, Mike Elamad, Sean and Carlos for their assistance to make this all happen.

The following review is about my dad's recent purchase experience at Toyota 101 in Redwood City. The sales associate Spencer was a class act. He was very nice, helpful and has good manners to all of his customers. The showroom was also clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone who likes Toyota cars.
