Super trustworthy mechanics. I stopped going to the triumph dealership in san jose as I was being charged beyond reason. I had been going to evolution motorcycles for a while but needed another place to go when my motorcycle broke down and evolution was closed. The UnDealership has been a fortuitous twist of fate. These people have earned my trust. Fair and a good price for the services

Oh my God these guys are great. They are capable and honest. I'd bought a '73 Honda CL350 that wasn't running and they got it all sorted in less than a day. The good news? I've found a trustworthy mechanic. The bad news? Now I feel ok buying more old bikes (the next will be an 80s K100RS) and they'll get a lot more of my money!

I took my k1200s after a crash there; Sean fixed all the issues within a few days. If I had taken it to the dealer, it would have taken much longer and cost a lot.

Sean is a solid person, and after giving me the time to explain my service options, carried out exactly what I was looking for in a 12k service on my R1250GSA. Pricing was within the scope of all the places I had contacted, and I just had a feeling I was getting my moneys worth coming to an independent like Sean vs a dealership. Smooth experience, and will return. Thank you, Sean, much appreciated.

Sean always delivers! I’m happy to always drop my bike off with them. No matter how busy they get, they always take their time walking through what’s going to get done and consistently deliver.Till the next service! ??

He charges $180/hr and he installed my brake line upside down on the front caliper. Destroyed the expensive OEM brake line by sawing off the retention tab, which he did in order to get it fit upside down! When I complained, he started texting nasty messages to me. I literally had to block his number. He also charges a fee for using a credit card. I gladly paid the fee so I could dispute the entire $340 bill.. Ya, $340 for a botched install of a front brake on a dirtbike..

Brought in a 99 kx125 on a Friday to have the front brake installed and bled. I had rebuilt the master cylinder but did not bench test it, so I wasn't sure if it was building pressure. At 3:30pm, Sean calls me all flustered, says he's already got 1.5 hours into the job, and he still can't get the brake to work, stating he was giving up and moving on to another job. At 5:15, Sean called and said bike is ready. Charged me $442 stating that the master cylinder was not working because the two o-rings that I installed were reversed. I was told to hurry up and get bike. He asks for cash or CC with a 2 5% cc fee. Sean was so hostile, I did not notice that the brake was installed incorrectly. On Monday, I went to Sean and asked if he would work with me on the bill, which he would not. He went on to say he had to cut a tab off the brake line just to get it installed. At that point, I took a close look and realized the brake line was mounted upside down at the banjo bolt for the calipers. Finally, Sean harassed me via text messages all that day, blaming me for everything. Sean is a rude, emotionally immature, and unprofessional hack mechanic who charges $180/hr!! I also brought my 2008 Raider to Sean a year or so ago for an oil change but forgot why I stopped using him. Then I remembered the $340 charge, and having to listen to Sean whine about what a pain in the butt the job was, and how he had to grind his box wrench down to fit onto one of the oil drain bolts. I guess Sean does not own thin wall sockets...Save your money and go to Steve at 650 Racing!

Sean is thoroughly knowledgeable, highly professional, easy to reach, prompt, efficient and extremely reasonable in pricing his work. My 2011 R1200GS had a top case mounting plate attachment issue (the head of a fastener had sheared off deep, leaving the top case unstable). Less than an hour later that repair was expertly concluded. Sean then went on (at no charge) to troubleshoot the less-than-perfect balance and smoothness of the engine, leaving me with suggestions for work I can do in my garage. Sean is an enthusiastic rider himself and very experienced in all aspects of motorcycle repair. 5 stars.
