Very dedicated coaches. One coach in particular, Marty, spent an extra 30 minutes after our son's regular Tranformation class helping him hone his skills of shooting and strategy. Team Esfaces's coaches go above and beyond to make a difference for our talented and eager-to-learn 14 year old.

Our son has been in ESFACE for 2 seasons and has loved every minute. It's not a cake walk. Our kids are learning responsibility, teamwork, discipline, perseverance, humility and physical skills. Basketball is being used as a metaphor for life. The skills learned here carry into "real life." The coaches take interest in each kid and work to bring out the best while praising the accomplished skills and honing those characteristics that need improving. We are delighted with this program. Having been in a number of other local basketball programs, we feel ESFACE is the best by far. Do not for one moment hesitate enrolling your child.

Team Esface is incredibly well run, with fantastic leadership and a coaching staff that not only is exceptionally strong with their basketball experience but also in their care for the whole person. Even during the pandemic they have remained supportive of my sons' development through Zoom practices. Team Esface is a great program!

My two sons have been involved in a number of youth basketball programs ( AAU, NJB,) for last 6-7 years. I've also been a youth basketball coach 4+ years Team Esface has been fantastic. We've done a number of team esface clinics in the past. The coaches are reall high energy. Lately we've signed up for in person training for my 5th grade son and virtual training for my high school son. My 5th grade loved in the person training which includes development of mental skills. My high school son has told me that he loves the virtual training from Team esface. He says the virtual training is great because of the breakdown of pro players skills. The coaches encourage applying those skills in their own repertoire. Everyone should give Team Esface a shot!

Our son has played for team Esface for a few years now. Since COVID has pulled our kids off the court, Esface has done everything to make sure the kids stay engaged. They offer some great virtual workouts, conditioning and metal skills training. I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to keep their kids at the top of their game during the shelter in place. Dele (owner) and coaches are some of the best in the industry.

My son, a high school freshman, is having a great time with the virtual workouts over the past 6 months. The coaches make it a very hardworking and fun experience. We hope to continue this. Highly recommend!

What a disgrace - Teaching very young kids cheating is ok. Player A, B and C plays for team 1. Players A. B and C plays for team 2 in playoffs of another division -- to steal extra games from others for the sake of more games The rules are clear as water and cheating knowingly. Kids know, you know, parents knows it. Disgraceful organization. If you are ok with that, this is for you.

I had a different experience here. My 8 year old took part in a one week camp in the summer of 2018. On the last day I tried to seek out concrete feedback and advice moving foreword. His instructor was a child who gave generic and rather useless advice on the report card. I approached one of the guys who had the microphone during the awards show and he didn't know who my son was. That's understandable he can't know every kid. But when I asked about steps moving forward and the Wolves club team who had approached us he became dismissive and started to trash kids playing on teams at this age. He kept going back to their philosophy and how it's the only way to develop as a b-ball player. I also noticed that the idea at the end of the day for them is to get kids to enroll for the whole summer: $$$$. Those kids are the favourites. We won't be going back.
