The service in this place is terrible, I came for some items that the application tells me they have, but in the hallway that the system tells me they are not there but the worker I asked for help responded to me in a rude and horrible way The help he gave me, I think that if he doesn't like his job, he better dedicate himself to something else... and not scare away customers because I preferred to leave the store and visit The Home Depot...

This is a good store for people who need high quality stuff and my family loves this store a lot. The clothes are very high quality, but don't last very long. They even have popcorn and slushies inside the Starbucks and the popcorn is so good, but the Starbucks line is a nightmare and the wait time is usually very long. The things are the best and worth the money. The people at Curbside Pickup don't take super long and are very good with their timing. So, what I do recommend is that you do the curbside pickup option if you have so many kids and that would be easier for you.

We researched vacuums and decided to buy one at Target. Online browsing and ordering was easy and fast. Item was ready when we got to the store.As long as you know what you want, it saves time. I never used curbside pickup because I want to look over the purchased item and it worked out well.

I'm writing this specifically after two disappointing interactions with J***** who I believe is the assistant store manager. Yes this location is pretty gloomy and experience is generally hit or miss (usually meh or miss) but the location is super convenient. I also want to shout out an awesome guy with silver hair who helped us last week at the register, he proactively price matched all items for me. Unfortunately I don't know his name! Back to today - I asked the lady at the register to price match Target.com for a toy. This after my great experience last week and also strolling through the store hearing their advertisement about price matching anything from Target. I had put the item in my app cart for convenience, but for some reason my internet was not working at the register and I could not pull up the online price (this is my bad, thanks a lot ATT). The older lady did not know how to check the online price. She asks the assistant store manager, who comes over and says it's the price listed based on her machine - she was looking up the retail store price. I specifically said the online price. How does a store manager not know how to price match when the store is advertising price match?? How does this establish an expectation for the store clerks to know how to support this? What I'm most upset about is her attitude though - yes she told the lady to just give me a lower price, but she rolled her eyes and overall left me with a really crappy feeling. Prior interaction with her was worse, but in that situation I could have also been more polite. This time I honestly maintained my calm. Do better, J. Rant over.

Decent for a Bay Area target, but that means inconsistent stock and empty shelves, poor food selection, long lines, messy store etc. Far from the Target experience in other regions.

I SPENT 15 MINUTE'S WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO UNLOCK A DOOR FOR FORMULA. LEAVE THE DAMN KEY IN ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT SO ANY CREW MAMBER CAN HELP US. WHEN WE ASK FOR HELP THE SAME PERSON ALWAYS COMPLAINS OR TAKES 15 MINUTES TO OPEN THE DOOR. HLGET MORE KEYS OR GET A DIGITAL LOCK SO ANY CREW MEMBER CAN HELP ME. WHY DO U HAVE SECURITY and LPs for if I can't even purchase $21.99 dollar item. My baby is waiting just like i am. BE BETTER HORRIBLE SERVICE NOW
