Extremely unprofessional and completed the work with awful quality. I dropped off my car in their shop for two weeks JUST for tire stickers. On the day of pick up glue was still wet. Then they told me I couldn’t even take the car…on the pick up day. Unfortunately, they decided to wait last until a few hours before I arrived, despite having two weeks. I had a drive scheduled for early the next morning, around 6-7am. So I took the car, within just a few blocks the letters came flying off. $100 and 2 weeks... rip

Amazing shop; it is so massive and so clean! I took my 2007 R56 S to get some typical MINI maintenance and I came out as a happy customer. John, Sergio, and Bruce are informative and showed that they care about my car. Pricing is higher than some other shops (still lower than Edge Motorworks), but I'll pay a slight premium for qualified technicians to care for my car's sometimes unpredictable issues. Will likely go back.

I continue to get both of my cars serviced & upgraded here at Status. There's never been any hiccup in the scheduling of bringing in my car, failure to meet a promised finish-by date, or surprise charges on my invoice. Everything is laid out for you with complete transparency, so there is no reason to deviate from a good thing.

I found this shop originally through a referral from Terry Griffin of Griffen Motorwerke when I was looking for a good performance and service shop in the peninsula, and I am glad he recommended Status Auto. Although there were very nice cars that were parked there, it was definitely not what impressed me about this shop. What left a very positive impression for me was how extremely knowledgeable and meticulous Sergio is when it comes to working on cars, the shop floor is spotless, and of course how John is just a downright pleasure to work with. The few times that I have had to take my Audi there for service and performance related work, I have walked out satisfied with the work they performed. These guys take the time to get things right and more. This is the kind of shop I have been looking for. Not only do I highly recommend this place, but I will be back for many years to come whenever my vehicle needs work.

Top notch establishment. With John, Sergio, and Team you are in great hands as they truly focus on quality! Expert technicians with practical experience. Their craftsmanship sets the bar high and did a great job with installing my AMG suspension, wheels, etc. They take their time to ensure the job is complete to specs and will address any Customer needs accordingly. Would highly recommend them and keep up the great work guys!

Jon, Kevin and Sergio are great to work with and are super clean in their work. They run an honest shop and offer top notch he customer service. It's a high end luxury shop where you know the jobs going to get done right the first time, and expect them to inform you on all you'll need to know upfront without any surprises. Can't wait to see how the rest of my build turns with these guys.

Status is the best shop. Hands down; no questions asked. The quality of service they took to make sure my car left better than it came in was amazing and shows they really care. Sergio is a magician of a mechanic, handling everything from basic maintenance to aftermarket upgrades. Kevin, Bruce, and Jon make the process so easy: communicating every step of the way and making you feel welcome at the shop. No other shop will touch my cars!

I got tires, oil catch can, walnut blasting, high pressure fuel pump, and replaced a few broken hoses. Sergio recommended an oil change and spark plugs in the future.

This review is long overdue. I took my Focus RS to get some performance mods done back in June and it was a wonderful experience. Sergio was super friendly and very informative from the moment I called him. A few days after I picked up the car, Kevin sent me some nice photos of the work being done to the vehicle which was really cool to see. This place is ran by some fantastic people! If you need your car to be prepped for a track day, Sergio will take care of all your needs.

I take my Maserati GranTurismo here. This place is run by a group of extremely talented individuals. They are not only polite, they go the extra mile to be informative (more than the dealership) ALL while providing amazing customer service. Prices are also great and very reasonable in my opinion. This place is a hidden gem and I probably won't take my car anywhere else. 5 stars all around to Sergio and everyone in the shop!!
