This review is about Monika. Wow what customer service! She was super helpful and looked up the warranty for my screen protector. Then she even installed it for me! It was amazing.. would’ve done a terrible job on my own. Thanks Monika!

Jacqueline (the manager) went above and beyond for me. She made sure that I wasn’t overcharged and that I got what I was paying for without me even asking her(!!). She was super friendly and professional, even when dealing with a customer service representative that was extremely slow and inexperienced. I appreciated her perseverance because I would have given up if it wasn’t for her. I genuinely feel 100% satisfied with the service she provided and will come here looking for her if I have any other issues with T-Mobile.

Fabulous, helpful, honest, ethical staff. You might have to wait, but boy, it's worth it! These folks know what they're doing. Customer service is REALLY important to them. And happily, I was the beneficiary of their excellent training, competence, and patience. Each of them took my requests seriously and did everything they could to get me the help I needed. Thank you Ashley, Eddie, Erik, and Stacey. You're a TEAM to be trusted!

They couldn't help me at all they say I cannot bring another phone to activate my line so my question is for you guys what you guys do when there's a lost phone and they wanted replace the phone not the number that's the only thing I want to do get another phone use my same number they say they couldn't. Giving yout bad reviews because that's not a okay answer so it means somebody lost a phone that's it with the number and everything I totally disagree your answer T-Mobile

not a pleasant experience calling this store. asked for the detail of promotion to upgrade my phone. Jackie(?) answered. she failed to answer my question and judged me “you are trying to sneak around to upgrade your phone. I am not comfortable to answer your questions” that’s sad and incompetent to say this to a customer. I am asking about the exact requirement and seeing if I can get qualified. If I can make myself qualify for all requirements, I am not expecting to be judged “sneak around”. it is not my job to make you comfortable, instead you should not make your customer uncomfortable. it is your incompetency not knowing the system well and answering customers question properly. this shop needs better trained staff.

The store and all their employees are very helpful and professional with everything they do. Do not switch to T-Mobile because of their service. Their service map is a lie. I had them type in two addresses in the country prior to obtaining their service. The coverage map said I had 4G LTE coverage. When I got there with my brand new iPhone 10 S I couldn’t even make or receive a call, nonetheless watch a video. When they merged with Sprint My brother who lives in the country got the new t Mobil chip that they said would give them faster service. They have worst service than they did before with sprint, which is very hard to do! He told them he wants to take the chip out and go back to sprint and they said that he can’t. Do not listen to their coverage map, because I have proven it wrong in two separate locations. The two locations were in clear Lake California and Copperopolis California. The merge with T-Mobile and Sprint is just an advertising stunt.

You know when you ask someone a question and they don't really answer you and it seems like they're just waiting for you to give up and go away? Thats totally the vibe here. Like, dude, here's my phone, I want a new one; can you make that happen? 45 minutes later, no. The first gaggle of young girls pretended to 'try' to help, told me I'd get $800 trade in. Then after 15 minutes of trying to scan my phone's barcode to no avail, I asked if I could just do this myself online, considering they didn't have the color I wanted in store anyway. I got it up real quick on my phone and found out the $800 promo ended yesterday and today I can only get $400. Also asked a bunch of questions about the difference between my phone and the new phone but the employee wasn't familiar with Samsung phones and I ended up teaching him the differences. Also, not familiar with T-Mobile, only Sprint. Ok, thanks, bye! What a waste of time and brain power!

The manager Carlos is a punk ass bitch , he doesn't not care about the customers or anyone. All he cares about is his check. On many occasions he asked his employees to just add the free line to customers accounts without letting the customers know. His manager paul is the same way. They fire their employees for no reason. All they do is scam people. When you stop being friends with the manager he will make your life miserable until he finds a reason to fire you. He had his employees come in with covid even if they had symptoms, they were asked to come in and told they were not dangerous symptoms. And asked not to say anything so we would not scare our coworkers from coming to work. So Carlos if your reading this fuck you ! you are a shitty manager and you are not deserving of that title . POINT BLANK PERIOD.

No customer service and all three staff just stood there staring at me and didnt care if I wanted a phone! They wanted to know who my phone service was from which was metro saying it was down the street! I went in there to see about switching my services to t-mobile but they did want sell me anything saying we need to see what ur credit is first before we can look at phones!!! Wrong my credit is way above average and I shouldn't have to be judged...

T-mobile in El Camino Real is excellent, they give you what you want and they treat you very well. Carlos the store manager is a super nice person, I would recommend it the service is amazing and fast. If in any other play they say “no” he will say “yes”.

Ask all of your questions 3 times. Make sure you ask it very clearly. Make sure you don't plan on using cash. Get ready to not be told everything you should know. Get ready to be told the incorrect thing multiple times. Get ready to waste time. Incompetence. All I have to say. The only reason they get two stars is because Monserrat was super polite and tried really hard. Good for her.
