Daniel was so nice and helpful, patient and efficient. Ms. San Mateo jumped back and forth between the i8 and the i10 to feel the bed at Sleep Number 100, 75, 50 and 25. We even tried the tempurpedic sleep number too. I10 was more plush and soft. I8 can get to a softer feel but can also be firmer. Their pillows are nice too. Feel the Lyocell 600 thread count bedsheets. Ohhh so soft. I had to rush out to meet a real estate client, and before I got to the meeting, a quote was already in my inbox. Daniel takes pride in his work and doesn't upsell you. He truly wants you to get the mattress that you like the most. You won't regret considering a Sleep Number mattress.

My wife and I agree, Sleep Number has by far the worst customer service! We paid for replacement parts, for a defective pump, and we've been waiting now 4 months for it to arrive! They said it would be here in a few days. We've repeatedly called them, but they blame it on supply chain issues. No refund, no discount, no compassion. They've lost a customer, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I can! Don't purchase Sleep Number! The moment something goes wrong, good luck getting it fixed.

This place is a joke, my remote stopped working they pretty much said it's not their problem and I have to take time off work to call customer service.

Friendly people, not many people there, and was able to test out some of their models. Took the time to go over delivery, options, etc. I highly recommend.

I've always been curious about sleep number beds so I decided to come in to check it out. It was a great experience. Brian was super helpful and patient with the whole experience. He listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. I ended up buying one on the spot.

Stopped in to check out mattresses (after several years of ownership of a great Tempurpedic mattress). The store manager, Dolan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (and not pushy about selling any particular model or closing an immediate sale). Dolan explained the different bed sizes, platforms, and options for my wife and me. We haven't quite yet decided on our next bed, but I wanted to share my positive experience with Sleep Number and Dolan.

I had a great experience working with Brian at the Redwood City Sleepnumber store. When we entered the store Brian immediately greeted us and helped us figure out our Sleepnumbers. He also helped us try out a few different beds and understand the different options. The whole process was quick - around 30-45 minutes. After our initial visit Brian followed up via phone to check in. We visited the store a second time Brian and made us aware of a current offer that allowed us to get a better mattress for the same price as the one we were originally looking at. He also explained the terms & conditions of purchase during the sales process. Overall - great customer service and we are thrilled so far! A few tips that may help other shoppers: -Visit the store on a weekday to avoid crowds. We went in on Friday afternoon both times and we were immediately helped. -Review your invoice with your salesperson. Some of the accessories are optional, but recommended (e.g. remote and mattress cover). If you don't want to pay for those accessories, ask that they be taken off your invoice. -Read the terms & conditions before you sign off / pay. The mattress is returnable but adjustable bases are not (you can use the base with other mattresses). If you return your mattress you will not be refunded for delivery charges. You can exchange your mattress 1 time for a different mattress type.

I had never been to a Sleep Number Store. My Daughter had purchased one the previous year. She had nothing but high praise about it. The time came for a new bed, so we checked out Sleep Number. With out disappointment from start to finish...Dolan helped us courteously. We purchased an 8i 360 split top King plus topper and sheets...only wish it could autonomously take me to work in the morning...maybe a future model.

As I entered the store Tamer greeted me and begun assisting me asking questions about my sleep, what I was looking for and to learn about what I was interested in. After our warm discussion he proceeded to find out what my pressure points were and what my sleep number is. There was a comment prior to mine that stated that it felt like a guided tour which I couldn't agree more with. Tamer walked me thru the options they had and explained the differences between the models to ensure I found something I loved and felt comfortable in. At no point did I feel I was being pressured into anything. I ended up purchasing a bed and I can't wait to receive it next week! I could not be more pleased with my experience and I would definitely return to this location. This is a place I would refer my friends and family to.
