“I stopped in for passport-like photos shortly before close (international drivers license). Frank and team were quick, took a shot that worked, and I was in and out - easy! They were courteous and attentive to the several customers in the shop. Where they went the extra mile: helping me get digital photos for a family member printed. Two digital sets were sent to them, neither perfect (shadows etc). Frank edited and was able to produce a print that was noticeably better than what we sent. No up charge, just solid service. Everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Frank and team! Highly recommend!”
“There is usually not much of a wait time. But you must bring your packages wrapped & ready to ship. Easy drop off. Parking lot can get busy. Public transit close by including Caltrain and buses.”
“I had a last minute notary today and called 5 places. No one could accommodate me. I saw the low score reviews for this location in redwood shores and called as a last resort. The gentleman that answered was very friendly and I spent maybe 14min from the time arrived until I left. The notary was really nice and patient with me.
