This place is the best I’ve ever been to. I came in from out of town and needed to find a specific product and the gentleman that owns or runs the place was fantastic! He didn’t have the one I wanted so he called his partner and within 30 mins it was there! Thank you

Very unprofessional, sold the wrong product after asking and making sure, and was reassured by the standing employee. Regardless of been a new hire, it's okay to not know all the information. If an employee isn't sure how bout being honest and saying I am not sure, instead of leading the customer on. Also trying a refund is impossible, just call the bank.

I absolutely love coming to this smoke shop. From the incenses to the great snacks it's the perfect place to come. It's in the middle of sequoia station where there is always a bunch of different rays of people from all walks of life. I appreciate the staff that work there. They have to deal with a lot of different people but nothing stops them from giving out the great customer service, great attitude and great advice. If they don't have what you need then they will suggest something close to it or even better but trust me there is always another option for you. I can't find the incense they sale anywhere else and I get more bang for my buck. It's very convenient to go here because it's close to the train station but it's a bigger plus that the staff are friendly, helpful and awesome. I would highly recommend this place.
