I still think Sees makes some of the best dark chocolate candy. Dark is my preference and the Sees dark is not too sweet. It's just right. My personal favorites are California brittle, chocolate Carmel patties and dark chocolate almonds. Service here is so pleasant and they always give you that " sample " Parking is convenient and easy.

They are always very friendly and attentive. I always feel pleasantly greeted right at the door. It is always a good day at See's Candies :) wonderful and clean atmosphere!

Prices are getting crazy, like everywhere. But the store was clean and the worker was pleasant. I like the spaciousness of this location.

Went there Dec 23rd and 24th. Fully staffed, they were fast and friendly. Last lady I had was a bit grouchy, and I had to ask for my sample, but she was not the norm. Always great at this location. Excellent candy. Surprisingly fast for the time. Well organized.

I love this store! It is busy for the holidays but there are two lines - one for prepackaged and one for selection. A shout out to Justin who was very helpful and professional, even with a long line. Thanks for the great service!

This Redwood City location is my new favorite! It's huge and the staff is so kind. They always have the individual bags of Scotchmallows (unlike the Hillsdale Mall location that runs out), are so warm to our little dog in our bag (also unlike Hillsdale who shooed us out), and are so generous with giving us samples, even adding a couple more at checkout. The coconut cream is now my favorite because they offered us a sample! Coming here and giving me them business now. 5 stars!!!

UPDATE: The Manager of this store reached out to me and was very responsive to my concerns. They even went so far as to go over the discount program with me and send me more information in the mail as well as a token of appreciation. They also mentioned working more with their employees on providing adequate information to customers about discounts. Additionally, I received a call from the customer feedback team to ensure my needs were met. Thank you for being so kind and quick to respond to your customer! Bravo See's!
