Art was great! He gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how to use the lock I purchased for my storage unit. He provided me with details on the paperwork and gate code. When I was ready to leave, he gave me a SPS coffee tumbler. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Art!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Several years ago I was moving out of an apartment into a shared house and needed somewhere to store my furniture and extra belongings. From my first interactions with the staff I knew that my belongings would be safe here. While some may be turned off by the limited access hours, I never found it to be an issue, and actually liked knowing that there would be someone onsite monitoring the facility whenever it was open. While I no longer have a need for my unit, I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a storage facility.

Honestly can say this place by far is most secured and well kept storage facilities I’ve been to in a very long time. I can’t recall the friendly man’s name but he was very educated and had great attention to detail, he was very professional and engaging. I felt like this is right place to store my things. It’s a hidden gem??

The best storage experience. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The storage units are very clean, dry, without any unpleasant smell. Huge elevator and comfortable carts. Fast registration process and good security system.

I’ve worked with several storage companies. Security Public Storage is the cleanest by far. Their locations feel safe and their staff is friendly.

I was given a tour of the RWC location and I was very impressed with your outstanding staff member Linda. She explained everything and informed me with all I need to know, plus showed the different sizes of storage units that can be rented. Linda pointed out some incentives if I was to contract with SPS. One of the most important details of your business is customer service and establishing rapport with interested folks. Linda seems most capable to seal the deal and her friendliness made my tour experience enjoyable. It is likely that I will obtain a storage unit at SPS and there is no need to research further. Thanks so much, Linda! I highly recommend.

The storage is located at a very convenient location (walking distance to the Redwood City Downtown). And the service is 5-star.

Nothing but the best to report. Their office is back in the usual spot, as they have finished refurbishing. Everybody is still nice. But the robots should really ask for reviews after I move out :)

Very clean, safe, and organized. the managers are on site and aware of what is going on at all times. I feel very comfortable being there and confident that my belongings are safe.
