Prices are okay but parking is a nightmare and they don't let you try anything on.

I used to really loves Savers. But after 2020, the prices have driven me away empty handed.PRO:- Big store & selection- Rewards program- Can use rewards program at other Savers storeCON:- I never find anything at a reasonable price- Prices here have sky rocketed after 2020- Bad area- Street parking but it's hard to findSUMMARY:Not all Savers are the same. This one is a bit too much trouble for the parking and prices

Considering that their merch is FREE donated, the prices are insane. Lots of stuff I could buy for cheaper, new at Target. And can return it uf I change my mind. The thrift experience used to be fun, now its marred by deep greed. Smdh.

The best thrift store on the peninsula. It’s too good to last, frankly.

A used jacket they had priced for $24.99, I googled the brand and new with tags it was $17.99 online. The short old Latin woman who works in the front has no idea what she’s doing. I use to work here when I was 18 and loved it. Now idk why I waste my time coming here. This was my last straw!

I have found so many great bargains at the Redwood City Savers. It has two stories, so the selection is great. Plus, the store is well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of a lady named Leslie. She is truly a gem. She is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She assisted me with the purchase of a wreath for my kitchen. It is the centerpiece of my room, and puts a smile on my face each time I enter. Thank you, Leslie, for all your attention and kindness.

Went this morning with a donation, the worker receiving donations was so rude. Despite the web and a large sign at the receiving door that said they accepted furniture for Parka, he rudely refused the donation. If policies have changed not a a huge deal - but there are ways to tell donors.

Larger than average thrift store with better pricing than good will. Very large book section. Has a self service payment system, so the line to check out is short for how busy Savers can get.

My mom and I were regular customers until recently when the staff called police on us. My mom visited the store with my daughter and after couple of hrs when they were done with the shopping they headed to self-payment terminal to pay for the goods. My mom was trying to pay and if you've ever been to the store you know that their terminals are old and broken, so it may take you 20 minutes just to pay with the card. Meanwhile my daughter sat into the stroller which was parked near the shopping cart area, few feet away from the terminals. The store staff noticed a girl sitting in a stroller and decided it is a good idea to call police and tell them that she was sitting there for 2 hours since they came to the store which is of course a lie. When my mom was done with shopping, she came to collect my daughter and leave the store, but personnel blocked her from my daughter and said they called police. Police came and situation got resolved, thanks to adequate police and customers who witnesses that my daughter was near my mom all time when they were shopping. As a regular customer I learned that personnel here is rude, but now I know that they are inadequate too, so I this store is now in my no-go list.

So expensive! Had lots of items we would have wanted, but were priced higher than they would be new! Go to Thrift Center instead for a real thrift store with good deals.

Huge fan of savers. Was in the area and went to check it out. First, parking was a nightmare in the bad part of town. We went in and the store is filthy. I mean dirty diapers, half of a drink on the shelf. Some of the jewelry just has black and white photos. I asked to see the Tiffany piece. Was price super high and ended up being a fake. I told the worker and she didn't care. To add to all this, one guy followed me and my friend around in the store. He looked high on drugs. The only thing good I can say was the employees were polite. We got the hell out of there without buying anything

This place is nice and pretty big , has everything, but it’s getting very expensive, all shoes are between $18-$30… I mean everything is donated and there’s only like one cashier, everything is self checkout. It’s not like we are paying for that service… they should lower their prices. Also there was no AC 2 days ago that I was there.. and it was very very hot, we had to leave .

No A/C. We left because we were literally dripping sweat. The prices were inconsistent and super high- tags left on from original stores were LOWER than the Savers prices! Example would be a tank top from Forever 21 priced at almost $14. Normally I love Savers but this one SUCKS.

The store has a good selection overall but the location is terrible - no dedicated parking lot means often going around the block half a dozen times or parking far away. PLUS the building itself is rundown with crumbling popcorn ceilings and NO air conditioning. During the summer it's like being in a hot steamy oven.....
