Amateur hour. They installed a defective windshield with distorted glass on the drivers side without doing proper quality control on the glass. Then they made me drive around for two weeks feeling like I’m wearing the wrong prescription of glasses because the glass was so defective and distorted. They refused to offer any sort of price adjustment for the massive inconvenience. I also had to make extra trips to get the warranty replacement and pay for extra Ubers to and from, for which I also received no compensation. I found the entire experience lacking in professionalism and integrity.
Funny their response touts their warranty, but that never would have been necessary if they had done their job in the first place and not install a visibly defective windshield.

I had to use this place multiple times for window repair. They are easy to schedule directly or via Progressive Insurance. Today I had a chip fixed at my husband's workplace. Skyler was great. Good professional job & good communication.

Got a windshield replacement. They did a good job and it looks as new.
They usually call you before the appointment to let you know whether your glass is ready. If not, I’d recommend giving them a call.

Would give them zero stars if I could, scheduled an appointment, got here on time, was told it will take 3 hours because they are busy, after 2.5 hours they still did not touch the car and told me it would be at least another 2 hours to complete the repair. If you are looking for ways to waste time then this is a perfect place for you, I will take my business elsewhere.

Timely, Willing to work with me, and Met Expectation Not sure why the reviews are so negative. I went ahead and confirmed they have the parts for my car and will be repair on the appointment day. I arrived an hour late but they were still able to get me in and out within 2 hours of promised time. I asked for a text when it's done; the technician personally texted me when it was done. The roof liners were rattling when In initially got the car back but it quickly went away. They use quality ACCOUSTIC glass made in USA (per the label). I think these might be better than OEM quality. They seem a bit quieter; (can the store confirm this)? I recommend this place for quick and quality repairs. :)

I set up an appointment to replace the windshield on a 2021 Mercedes Sprinter online and when I arrived they said the glass they had wouldn't work and I needed to get OEM glass.

Came out first time, found had wrong glass and notified me…thanks to Dolmis for his honest work.. he called office, got right windshield ordered for next available appt. Kendrick did R&R in a jiffy, manage while we were running late from event. Was in and out within 1hr with no issues.. great job satellite..

Convenient online booking. Staff was friendly and professional, and gave estimates and updates on wait time. They even threw in free windshield wipers just to be nice. One frustrated customer was being very rude about something that wasn't in anyone's control, and staff never lost their cool.

Stunnedby the wonderful customer service at this location. My car window had been broken and items stolen while I was in the car. I had stopped at a popular repair shop for an estimate, which staff looked at the window, gave the estimate, and let me drive away with flaps of broken glass still flapping in the window. Their third-party repair guy couldn't be reached and the staff had no other ideas. As I drove away, Safelite came to mind and I stopped here. I was still shaking from the incident and could barely look at people or speak when I arrived. After giving me a better price, two staff removed the flapping pieces and vacuumed the shards from inside. The staff also looked for a sooner appt at another location. They expressed compassion and wished me a better rest of my day. Their compassion helped me calm and get through the day, grateful and hopeful for the repair. With tears of gratitude, I THANK YOU !!! May you all be shown the courtesy and compassion that you showed me.

I scheduled an appointment in December, dropped the car for the whole day at the shop only to get a call in the evening (8pm) to tell us they didn't have the right part. Even when I scheduled it in advance ?I rescheduled it to February, giving them whole 2 months. An hour after dropping the car, I got a call telling me they have the wrong part and can't complete the installation. We walked to the shop for 20 mins, only to tell us that they actually found the part ? and they can complete the installation today but it will be delayed by an hour. Tired if being jerked around, I decided to get it done in another shop.This Safelite shop needs to get a bit more professional in how they operate. I'm sure the workmanship is good but operation and communication needs a lot of work.

Used them this week and they ruined my car. Door seals don't work now and were gonna have an el Nino storm event...and whenever I call the machine just hangs up on me. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Not only did they rescheduled us multiple times, due to weather, but each time they did we were last on their list, ...when they finally were able to come out they left us for last appointment in the day again and couldn't even complete the job on site due to rain...(I get it, not in their control). They made us take the car to their shop to finish the windshield, but they didn't reconnect the defroster, basically they just wanted to get it done and get us out of there because they were closing. (again, had you not left us for last this would not have been an issue). Now we have to wait until Monday to get them to fix their own sloppy job, meanwhile the car is still not drivable with the electronics not working. We will come back for your to fix your mistake and never using your company again.When someone reschedules due to weather they should be the first appointment of the day, when you re able to come out, they should get priority and not be the last.Do the job right, even if it means you have to stay past your closing, thats just good business.
